장식용 후성형 적층품
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 장식용 후성형 적층품(decorative postforming laminates)이 장식측(3) 또는 코어측(4)에 의해 신장상태와 압축상태 둘다로 굴곡될 수 있어야 하는 방식을 나타내고, 제2도는 적층품의 코어측(4) 후면상에 다수의 경량의, 보통130g/㎡(보통80ℓba./3,000ft2)의 후성형 시이트(6)를 갖는 현행 구성의 후성형 적층품의 단면도를 나타내고, 제3도는 제1도에 나타낸 적층품, 특히 제2도에 나타낸 종래 구성의 두 시이트가 단 하나의 높은 기본중량의, 130g/㎡ 내지 약 505g/㎡(80 내지 약 310ℓba./3,000ft2)의 후성형 시이트(7)와 대체된 적층품 구성의 단면도를 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 장식층, 수지포화가능 종이의 코어층 및 연장가능 시이트로 이루어지며, 연장가능 시이트로서, 약 130g/㎡ 내지 약 505g/㎡(약80파운드/3,000ft2내지 약 310파운드/3,000ft2)의 기본중량, 약 24N/m㎡(약 3.5kpsi)이하의 인장모듈러스 및 약 1% 내지 약 3%이 횡방향 신축성을 특징으로 하는 목재펄프로부터 제조되는 시이트를 개선점으로 하고, 상기 펄프가 각 펄프섬유에 킨킹 및 컬링특성을 부여하는 적어도 약 0.039kWh/㎏ (약, 2hp-days/ton)의 에너지 입력량에서 디이어 기계적 처리된 경제적 목재펄프인 개선된 후성형가능 적층품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트의 기본중량이 약 235g/㎡ 내지 약 260g/㎡ (약 145파운드/3,000ft2내지 약 160파운드/3,000ft2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 펄프가 주로 130~300g/㎡ (80~185파운드/3,000ft2)의 기본 중량을 특징으로 하는 정제된 연질목재 펄프이고, 기계적 에너지 입력량이 적어도 약 0.0591kWh/㎏ (약, 3hp-days/ton)인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 펄프가 주로 160~305g/㎡(99~310파운드/3,000ft2)의 기본중량을 특징으로 하는 정제된 경질목재 펄프이고, 기계적 에너지 입력량이 적어도 약 0.0591kWh/㎏ (약, 3hp-days/ton)이고, 인장모듈러스가 약 17.2N/m㎡ 이하(약 2.5 kpsi 이하)인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 펄프가 주로 130~310g/㎡(80~185파운드/3,000ft2)의 기본중량을 특징으로 하는 정제되지 않은 연질목재 펄프이고, 기계적 에너지 입력량이 적어도 약 0.0788kWh/㎏ (약, 4hp-days/ton)인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 160~305g/㎡(99~310파운드/3,000ft2)의 기본중량을 특징으로 하는 정제되지 않은 경질목재 펄프이고, 기계적 에너지 입력량이 적어도 약 0.0788kWh/㎏ (약, 4hp-days/ton)이고, 인장모듈러스가 약 17.2N/m㎡ 이하(약 2.5 kpsi 이하)인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펄프가 다중의 상기 기계적 처리를 받은 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펄프가 기계적 처리전에 온도가 상승되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 온도 상승이 펄프에 증기를 도입함으로써 생기는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트가 약 3.4N/m㎡ 내지 약 9N/m㎡ (약 0.5 내지 약 1.3kpsi)의 인장모듈러스를 특징으로 하는 시이트인 개선된 후성형 가능 적층품.
