Abstract
티타늄 바륨, 산화 마그네슘 또는 이의 예비 물질, 이산화 게르마늄 또는 이의 예비 물질, 및 선택적으로 바륨, 칼슘 또는 산화 스트론튬 또는 탄산 또는 이의 예비 물질로 이루어지는 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물에 있어서, 25℃의 콘덴서 용량 값과 비교하여 -55℃에서 +125℃의 범위의 ±10%보다 작은 온도로 콘덴서 용량의 변화를 가지는 니켈 또는 니켈 합금 내부 전극으로 다층 세라믹 축전기 내에 제조될 수 있고, 또는 25℃값에 비교하여 -55℃에서 +125℃의 범위의 ±15%보다 작은 온도로 콘덴서 용량의 변화를 가지는 신규의 금속 내부 전극으로 다층 세라믹 축전기 내에 제조될 수 있고, 그리고 태워서 굳어진 후에 어떠한 제2상을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물.

Claims (9)
- 티타늄 바륨, 산화 마그네슘 또는 이의 예비 물질, 이산화 게르마늄 또는 이의 예비 물질, 및 선택적으로 바륨, 칼슘 또는 산화 스트론튬 또는 탄산 또는 이의 예비 물질로 이루어지는 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물에 있어서, 25℃의 콘덴서 용량 값과 비교하여 -55℃에서 +125℃의 범위의 ±10%보다 작은 온도로 콘덴서 용량의 변화를 가지는 니켈 또는 니켈 합금 내부 전극으로 다층 세라믹 축전기 내에 제조될 수 있고, 또는 25℃값에 비교하여 -55℃에서 +125℃의 범위의 ±15%보다 작은 온도로 콘덴서 용량의 변화를 가지는 신규의 금속 내부 전극으로 다층 세라믹 축전기 내에 제조될 수 있고, 그리고 태워서 굳어진 후에 어떠한 제2상을 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄 바륨의 중량에 기초하여, 산화 마그네슘의 중량에 0.01 내지 2.00%로 이루어지고, 탄화 바륨의 중량에 1 내지 6%, 이산화 실리콘의 중량에 0.01 내지 5.00%, 이산화 게르마늄의 중량에 0.01 내지 2.00%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 1.5μ의 범위에서 평균 미립자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물.
- 제1항에 따른 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물의 혼탁액으로 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프.
- 제4항에 있어서, 태워서 굳어지기 전에 약 0.0040㎝의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프.
- 제1항에 따른 절연의 세라믹 파우더 혼합물로부터제조되는 것을 특징으로하는 다층 축전기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 복수개의 테이프로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 축전기.
- 제6항 내지 7항에 있어서, 내부 전극이 니켈 또는 니켈 합금 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 축전기.
- 제6항 내지 7항에 있어서, 내부 전극이 팔라듐 또는 팔라듐-은(銀) 합금 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 축전기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
