Abstract

본 발명은 약간 가용성인 스타우로스포린 유도체, N-벤조일-스타우로스포린을 정맥내 투여하기 위한 제약 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이 조성물은 다음의 바람직한 성분으로 이루어진다 : a) 치료제인 스타우로스포린 유도체, b) 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌 블록 공중합체, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, d) 대두로부터 정제된 레시틴, 및 e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤 및 소르비톨.

Claims (14)

  1. a) 물에 약간 가용성인 스타우로스포린 유도체, b) 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌을 블록 공중합체, c) 정맥내 투여를 위한 처방 순도를 갖는, 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, 및 임의로 d) 하기 일반식의 인지질 또는 이러한 화합물의 염, 및(또는) e) 주사에 적합한 수가용성 부형제를 포함하는, 스타우로스포린 유도체를 정맥내 투여하기 위한 제약 조성물.
    상기 식 중, R1은 C10-20아실이고, R2는 수소 또는 C10-20아실이며, R3은 수소, 2-트리메틸아미노-1-에틸, 2-아미노-1-에틸, C1-4알킬, 카르복시에 치환된 C1-5알킬, 히드록시에 의해 치환된 C2-5알킬, 카르복시 및 히드록시에 의해 치환된 C2-5알킬, 카르복시 및 아미노에 의해 치환된 C2-5알킬, 또는 이노시톨기 또는 글리세릴기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a) 치료제인 N-벤조일-스타우로스포린, b) 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌 블록 공중합체, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, d) 대두로부터 정제된 레시틴, 및 e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤 및 소르비톨을 포함하는 제약 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, a) 치료제인 N-벤조일-스타우로스포린, b) 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌 블록 공중합체, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, 및 e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤을 포함하는 제약 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, a) 치료제인 N-벤조일-스타우로스포린, b) 폴록사머(poloxamer) 188, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및, 물 d) 대두로부터 정제된 레시틴, 및 e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤 및 소르비톨을 포함하는 제약 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, a) 치료제인 N-벤조일-스타우로스포린, b) 폴록사머 188, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, 및 e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤을 포함하는 제약 조성물.
  6. b) 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌 블록 공중합체, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, 및 d) 하기 일반식의 인지질, 및(또는) e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤 및 제약상 허용되는 육탄당을 포함하는 제형기제.
    식 중, R1, R2및 R3은 제항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, b) 폴리옥시에틸렌/폴리옥시프로필렌 블록 공중합체, c) 담체 액체로서의 에탄올 및 물, 및 d) 대두로부터의 정제된 레시틴, 및(또는) e) 수가용성 부형제로서의 글리세롤 및 소르비톨을 포함하는 제형 기제.
  8. 성분 a), b) 및 c) 및 임의로 d) 및(또는) e)를 균질 혼합하고, 얻어질 수 있는 분산액을 다음의 후속조작, α) 담체 액체로서 추가량의 물, 및 임의로 또한 주사에 적합한 수가용성 부형제의 첨가, 여과 및 임의로 투명 분산액의 투석, 또는 β) 얻어질 수 있는 분산액을, 임의로 수가용성 부형제를 첨가하여 여과 및 임의로 투석 및 건성 제제로 후속 전환, 및 주사용 분산액을 형성하기 위한 건성 제제의 재구성을 행하여 수분산액을 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 제약 조성물의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 약간 수가용성인 스타우로스포린 유도체, N-벤조일-스타우로스포린의 나노입자를 함유하는 정맥내 투여가능한 분산액을 제조하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 약간 수가용성인 스타우로스포린 유도체를 포함하는, 제1항의 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 나노현타액.
  11. N-벤조일-스타우로스포린을 포함하는, 제10항의 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 나노현탁액.
  12. 제8항의 방법에 따라 얻을 수 있는 농축액 또는 건성 제제.
  13. 약간 수가용성인 스타우로스포린 유도체를 포함하는, 치료 방법에 사용하기 위한 나노현탁액.
  14. N-벤조일-스타우로스포린을 포함하는 종양 치료용 나노현탁액.
