Abstract

하기 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)를 갖는 테트라하이드로나프탈렌 유도체와 그의 염은 DNA 또는 RNA와 같은 다른 단백질과의 상호작용과 관련하여 단백질의 역할을 확인하기 위한 단백질이 나선형 도메인을 모방한다. 이들은 그러므로 생물학적으로 활성인 페티드의 서열 결정을 하기 위한 "연구 도구"로 적합하다:

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ia) 및 (Ib)를 갖는 테트라하이드로나프탈렌 유도체와 그의 염:
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소, 브롬, 시아노, 포르밀 하이드록시, 저급 알킬, 저급 알케닐, 저급 알키닐, 저급 알콕시, 아릴옥시, 저급 아랄콕시 또는 아릴이고; R2는 N-말단아미노산이 보호되거나 보호되지 않은 아미노 그룹을 갖는, 20개 이하의 아미노산 잔기를 갖는 임의로 보호된 쇄이고: A1, A2, A3및 A4는 각각 α-아미노산의 잔기이고, 이α-C원자가 비대칭성일때, 이는 A1및 A2에서 L구조로 존재하고 A3및 A4에 D구조로 존재하며; X는 산소 또는 황이고; Y는 하기 일반식(a) 또는 (b)의 잔기이고;
    n은 0 또는 1이고; R3및 R4은 각각 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고; Z는 2개의 C와 함께 임의로 치환된 벤젠, 푸란, 티오렌, 피리딘 또는 피리미딘 고리이다.
  2. (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅱa) 또는 (Ⅱb)의 화합물을 임의로 보호된 20개 이하의 아미노산 쇄(N-말단의 아미노산은 보호되거나 보호되지 않은 아미노산 그룹을 갖는다.)와 1단계 또는 바람직하게는 다단계로 커플링시키거나; (b)하기 일반식(Ⅲa) 또는 (Ⅲb)의 화합물을 고리화 반응시키거나; (c) 하나 이상의 보호 그룹을 함유하는 일반식 (Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 화합물로부터 보호 그룹(들)을 제거하거나; (d) 중심부가 염기성 또는 산성인 일반식 (Ia) 또는 (Ib)의 화합물을 각각 산 또는 염기를 사용하여 염으로 전환시킴을 포함하는, 제1항의 화합물 및 그의 염의 제조 방법;
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, A1, A2, A3, A4, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
  3. 제2항에 정의된 일반식 (Ⅱa),(Ⅱb),(Ⅲa) 및 (Ⅲb)의 화합물.
  4. 하기 일반식(Ⅳa) 또는 (Ⅳb)의 화합물:
    상기 식에서, R1, X 및 Y는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같고, Z1는 카복실 보호 그룹이고, Z2는 아미노 보호그룹이다.
