Abstract
(1)무니 점도 (ML1+4, 100℃)가 80 내지 200이며, (2) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의해 측정된 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량 비율이 6 이상이고, (3) 압축 응력 완화 시험에서 80℃에서 100초 후의 응력 보유성이 0.2이상인, 단일 에틸렌 -α-올레핀--비공액 디엔 공중합체로 이루어지는, 형상 유지 능력은 물론, 가공성, 압축 영구 변형 등이 우수한 고무 조성물.

Claims (12)
- (1) 무니 점도(ML1+4, 100℃)가 80 내지 200이며, (2) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의해 측정된 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량 비율이 6 이상이고, (3) 압축 응력 완화 시험에서 80℃에서 100초 후의 응력 보유성이 0.2 이상인, 단일 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체로 이루어지는 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체 중의 α-올레핀이 3 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 α-올레핀인 고무 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌 및 1-부텐으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 올레핀인 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체 중의 에틸렌/α-올레핀 몰 비율이 55/45 내지 75/25 범위 내에 있는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체 비공액 디엔이 5-에틸리덴-2-노르보르넨, 디스클로펜타디엔, 5-비닐-2-노르보르넨, 2,5-노르보르나디엔, 1,4-펜타디엔, 1,4-헥사디엔, 1,5-헥사디엔, 1,7-옥타디엔, 1,9-데카디엔, 1,11-도데카디엔, 3,6-디메틸-1,7-옥타디엔 및 4,5-디메틸--1,7-옥타디엔으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디엔인 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비공액 디엔이 5- 에틸리덴-2-노르보르넨 및 디시클로펜타디엔으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디엔인 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비공액 디엔이 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체의 요오드값이 25 내지 35가 되도록 하는 양으로 함유되는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체의 무니 점도(ML1+4, 100℃)가 100내지 180인 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량 평균 분자량/수 평균 분자량 몰 비율이 8 내지 18인 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응력 보유성이 0.25 내지 0.50인 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고무 배합 성분과 배합되었으며, 황-경화성이며, 35 내지 55의 무니 점도(ML1+4, 100℃)를 갖는 것인 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기 발포제 및 유기 발포제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 발포제를 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 디엔 공중합체 100중량부 당 2 내지 5중량부의 양으로 함유하는 고무 조성물.참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
