Abstract

본 발명은 다수개의 전선가닥을 하나의 굵은 가닥으로 묶어 주기 위해, 이들 전선다발위에 테이프를 감아주는 와이어링 하네스용 테이프권취장치에 관한 것으로, 여러가닥의 전선(1)이 그 내부를 통과할 수 있도록 내부가 빈 원통으로 된 원통형 몸체(2)와, 이 원통형 몸체(2)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 여러가닥의 전선을 밀집상태로 모아주는 다수개의 전선지지수단(3), 상기 원통형 몸체(2)의 외면에 자유로히 회전할 수 있도록 설치된 피니언기어(4), 이 피니언기어(4)에 연결설치되어 상기 원통형몸체(2)의 길이 방향을 따라 배치된 테이프행거(5), 상기 피니언기어(4)와 이빨이 서로 맞물려지도록 상기 원통형몸체(2)에 회전축(6)을 중심으로 회전할 수 있게 설치된 베벨기어(7), 및 상기 베벨기어(7)에 회전력을 부여하기위해 이 베벨기어(7)에 고정설치된 핸들(8)로써 구성되어 있다. 이러한 구조로 이루어진 본 발명의 장치는 전선다발에 간단하면서도 효율적으로 테이프를 감아줄 수가 있고, 테이프를 감은 상태를 깨끗하게 유지시킬 수 가 있으므로 제품의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 장치를 사용하여 여러가닥의 전선에 테이프를 감는 상태를 도시한 전체사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 장치의 내부를 나타내 보이기 위해 제1도의 A-A 선을 따라 도시한 단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 장치에 사용되는 원통몸체만을 분리하여 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 여러가닥의 전선(1)이 그 내부를 통과할 수 있도록 내부가 빈 원통으로 된 원통형 몸체(2)와, 이 원통형 몸체(2)의 내부에 설치되어 상기 여러가닥의 전선을 밀집상태로 모아주는 다수개의 전선지지수단(3), 상기 원통형 몸체(2)의 외면에 자유로히 회전할 수 있도록 설치된 피니언기어(4), 이 피니언기어(4)에 연결설치되어 상기 원통형 몸체(2)의 길이 방향을 따라 배치된 테이프행거(5), 상기 피니언기어(4)와 이빨이 서로 맞물려지도록 상기 원통형몸체(2)에 회전축(6)을 중심으로 회전할 수 있게 설치된 베벨기어(7), 및 상기 베벨기어(7)에 회전력을 부여하기 위해 이 베벨기어(7)에 고정설치된 핸들(8)로써 구성된 와이어링 하네스용 테이프권치장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전선지지수단(3)이 스프링(9)에 의해 탄력지지되어 있는 브라켓트(10)에 롤러(11)가자유로이 회전할 수 있게 설치된 구조로 된 조립체가 상기 원통형 몸체(2)의 내부에 원주방향을 따라 소정의 간격을 두고 배치되어 이루어진 와이어링 하네스용 테이프권취장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피니언기어(4)가 원통형 몸체(2)에 대해 베어링(12)을 매개하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어링 하네스용 테이프권치장치.
