Abstract

핸들중립부근에 있어서는, 펌프압의 상승에 불구하고, 실린더차압의 상승을 억제하여 중립강성(剛性)을 높이고, 조타(操舵)필링을 향상시킨다.
파워실린더에 접속되는 제2의 제어부의 각 가변스로틀 중 펌프측 및 레저버측의 어느 한쪽의 가변스로틀을 핸들조타에 따라서 스로틀개도(開度)가 증대하는 오버랩형의 세미센터오픈밸브로 구성하고, 제2의 제어부의 각 가변스로틀의 다른 쪽의 가변스로틀 및 제1의 제어부의 각 가변스로틀을 핸들조타에 따라서 스로틀개도가 감소하는 언더랩형의 센터오픈밸브로 구성하였다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 동력타취(舵取)장치의 전체구성도, 제2도는 제어밸브의 반주(半周)부분을 전개한 전개도, 제3도는 제2도의 A부의 상세도, 제4도는 제2도의 B부의 상세도, 제5도는 밸브작동각과 가변스로틀의 개구면적과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프, 제6도는 밸브작동각과 실린더차압과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (2)

  1. 펌프와 레저버에 각각 접속되는 4개의 유로에 가변스로틀을 각각 배성하고, 핸들조타에 따라서 펌프로부터 공급된 작동유를 스로틀제어하는 제1의 제어부와, 상기 펌프와 파워실린더의 양 유실(油實)과 레저버에 각각 접속되는 4개의 유로에 가변스로틀을 각각 배설하고, 핸들조타에 따라서 펌프로부터 파워실린더에 공급되는 작동유를 스로틀제어하는 제2의 제어부를 구비하고, 상기 제1의 제어부의 각 가변스로틀을 핸들조타에 따라서 스로틀개도(開度)가 감소하고 언더랩형의 센터오픈밸브로 구성하고, 상기 재2의 제어부에는 핸들조타에 따라서 스로틀개도가 증대하는 오버랩형의 세미센터오픈밸브로 이루어지는 가변스로틀을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 동력타취장치.
  2. 펌프와 레저버에 각각 접속되는 4개의 유로에 가변스로틀을 각각 배설하고, 핸들조타에 따라서 펌프로부터 공급된 작동유를 스로틀제어하는 제1의 제어부와, 상기 펌프와 파워실린더의 양 유실과 레저버에 각각 접속되는 4개의 유로에 가변스로틀을 각각 배설하고, 핸드조타에 따라서 펌프로부터 파워실린더에 공급되는 작동유를 스로틀제어하는 제2의 제어부를 구비하고, 상기 파워실린더에 접속되는 상기 제2의 제어부의 각 가변스로틀중 펌프측에 위치하는 한쪽의 가변스로틀 및 상기 제1의 제어부의 각 가변스로틀을 핸들조타에 따라서 스로틀개도가 감소하고 언더랩형의 센터오픈밸브로 구성하고, 상기 제2의 제어부의 각 가변스토틀 중 레제버측에 위치하는 다른 쪽의 가변스로틀을 핸들조타에 따라서 스로틀개도가 증대하는 오버랩형의 세미센터오픈밸브로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 동력타취장치.
