Abstract

본 발명은 콤팩트디스크플레이어의 트레이에 관한 것으로, 프론트로딩방식의 콤팩트디스크플레이어에 적용되는 트레이의상면이 평탄하게 구성되며, 그 상면의 소정위치마다 원호형의 안내공이 형성되고, 그 저면에는 트레이의 전방이송시에 상기 안내공의 범위내에서 좌우로 펼쳐지고, 트레이의 후방이송시에는 그 안내공의 범위내에서 중심쪽으로 오므라들면서 트레이 상면에 얹혀진 디스크를 협지하는 디스크협지부재가 장착되고, 그 저면 뒷쪽에는 플레이어 본체에 대한 트레이의 전후이송동작에 동력을 부여함과 동시에 상기 디스크협지부재의 절첩동작에 동력을 부여하는 로딩수단이 일체로 설치되도록구성하므로써 트레이상면에 디스크가 얹혀진 상태로 로딩될 때, 그 트레이가 진입되면서 디스크의 안착위치가 자동적으로결정될 수 있도록 함과 동시에 전후, 좌우방향으로 유동되지 않게 협지되도록 하고, 이를 위하여 트레이자체에 로딩수단을 장착하여 디스크의 오삽입에 따른 기기의 고장을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 프론트로딩방식의 콤팩트디스크플레이어에 적용되는 트레이(30)의 상면이 평탄하게 구성되며, 그 상면의소정위치마다 원호형의 안내공(32)이 형성되고, 그 저면에는 트레이(30)의 전방이송시에 상기 안내공(32)의 범위내에서좌우로 펼쳐지고, 트레이(30)의 후방이송시에는 그 안내공(32)의 범위내에서 중심쪽으로 오므라들면서 트레이(30) 상면에얹혀진 디스크(34)를 협지하는 디스크협지부재(36)가 장착되고, 그 저면 뒷쪽에는 플레이어본체(38)에 대한 트레이(30)의전후이송동작에 동력을 부여함과 동시에 상기 디스크협지부재(36)의 절첩동작에 동력을 부여하는 로딩수단(40)이 일체로설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트디스크플레이어의 트레이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크협지부재(36)는 앞쪽에 디스크(34)의 곡률반경보다 다소 큰 곡률반경을 갖도록 원호형으로 형성되며, 상면을 90˚로 분할하는 위치에는 트레이(30)상면상의 안내공(32)에 끼워지는 원호형의 협지편(42)이 일체로 돌설된 디스크가이드부(44)가 형성되고, 뒷쪽에는 상기 디스크가이드부(44)의 후단으로 부터 연장된 후 소정의 각도로 절곡되는 작동부(46)가 형성되며, 트레이(30)의 저면 뒷쪽 중심부에 서로 교차결합되는 한쌍의 협지링크(48)와, 상기 각 협지링크(48)의 작동부(46)사이에 설치되어 상기 각 작동부(46) 및 디스크가이드부(44)가 바깥쪽으로 벌어진 상태로 유지되도록 하는 토오션스프링(50)과 상기 각 작동부(46)의 후단 사이에 연결되어 트레이(30)의 후방이송시 당겨지면서 협지링크(48)를 구성하는디스크가이드부(44)를 중심쪽으로 모아주는 당김와이어(52)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트디스크플레이어의 트레이.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로딩수단(40)은 트레이(30)의 저면 후단일측에 브라켓(54)에 의해 장착되는 로딩모터(56)와, 상기 브라켓(54)상에 회동가능하게 설치되어 로딩모터(56)의 동력을 받아 회전되며, 외측 일부분이 트레이(30)의 측면 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 상태에서 플레이어본체(38)의 일측면에 형성된 랙기어(58)와 맞물리는 이송기어(60)와, 상기브라켓(54)의 다른쪽 끝에 설치된 상태에서 그 로딩모터(56)의 동력을 받아 회동되며, 중심에는 윗쪽으로 절개홈(62)이형성된 당김와이어삽입보스(64)가 일체로 돌설된 협지링크작동풀리(66)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트디스크플레이어의 트레이.
