Abstract
본 발명은 니트릴라제 유전자 촉진제를 활성화하기 위한 SEQ ID NO : 1의 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩타이드와 SEQ ID NO : 2의 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩타이드의 2개 성분으로 된 조절인자 및 그 부호화 DNA에 관한 것이다. 니트릴라제는 로도코카스 속의 미생물내에 촉진제 영역을 함유하는 니트릴라제 유전자와 함께 본 조절인자를 위한 유전자 부호화를 도임합으로써 제조할 수가 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 조절인자용 유전자부호화 및 니트릴라제용 유전자부호화의 위치와 방향을 SK92로부터의 DNA단편(fragment)상의 화살표로 나타낸 결손 플라스미드(deletion Plasmid)의 개략도,
제2도는 재조합 플라스미드 PSK108의 제한효소지도.
Claims (6)
- SEQ ID NO : 1의 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩타이드와 SEQ ID NO : 2의 아미노산 배열을 갖는 폴리펩타이드의 2개 성분으로 되며, 니트릴라제 유전자 촉진제를 활성화하는 조절인인자 및 그 부호화 DNA.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩타이드에 대한 유전자 부호화는 SEQ ID : 3 및 4의 누클리오티드 배열을 가지는 조절인자 및 DNA.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 니트릴라제 유전자촉진제의 활성화는 니트릴의 존재하에서 증대하는 조절인자 및 DNA.
- 제1항, 2항, 또는 3항의 조절인자를 위한 부호화 DNA를 함유한 재조합플라스미드 촉진제영역 및 로도코커스 속에 속하는 미생물의 세포를 복제할 수 있는 DNA영역을 함유한 니트릴라제 유전자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 로도코커스 속에 속하는 미생물의 세포를 복제하는 DNA영역을 플라스미드 PRC001, PRC002, PRC003과 PRC004로부터 선택한 재조합 플라스미드.
- 제4항 또는 제5항의 재조합플라스미드에 의해 전환된 로도코커스 속에 속하는 미생물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
