Abstract

본 발명은 저온에서 알루미늄 및 알루미늄 합금판의 성형용 윤활제에 관한 것이다. 이 윤활제는 성분(a) : (a) 광물유, 합성나프텐, 폴리부텐 및 폴리(모노) α-올레핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 45∼90중량%, 및 성분 (b) 탄소수 10∼24의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 10∼45중량%를 함유하고, 이들의 에스테르가가 70 이하이고, 동점도가 40℃에서 20cSt 미만인 것으로 함유한다. 이 윤활제를 사용하여 알루미늄 및 알루미늄 합금판을 성형하며, 성형성이 대폭 향상될 수 있고, 종래 성형될 수 없었던 형상의 성형이 가능하게 된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판을 -30℃ 미만의 온도에서 프레스 가공할 때에 사용하는 윤활제에 있어서, 다음 성분(a) 및 (b); (a) 광물유, 합성나프텐, 폴리부텐 및 폴리(모노)α-올레핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 45∼90중량%, (b) 탄소수 10∼24의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 10∼45중량%를 함유하고, 이들의 에스테르가가 70 이하이고, 동점도가 40℃에서 20cSt 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 및 알루미늄 합금판의 프레스 성형용 윤활제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음 성분(c) : (c) (1) 유지류, (2) 다가알코올과 탄소수 12∼24의 지방산의 1종 또는 2종 이상의 에스테르 및 (3) 탄소수 16∼20의 지방족 불포화산의 다이머 또는 폴리머산의 1종 또는 2종 이상을 다가알고올과의 에스테르의 잔여 카르복시기 또는 히드록시기 탄소수 12∼24의 알코올 또는 지방산을 반응시켜 얻어진 중량 평균 분자량이 750∼7,500의 에스테르로부터 얻어진 1중 또는 2종 이상의 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소(a)가 탄소수 12∼20의 α-올레핀인 윤활제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 지방족 알코올(b)이 12∼24의 분지쇄 지방족 알코올인 윤활제.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, (c) 성분이 30중량% 이하로 배합된 윤활제.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, (a) 성분 50∼70중량%, (b) 성분 20∼40중량%, 및 (c) 성분이 10∼30중량%로 배합된 윤활제.
  7. 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판을 다음 성분 (a) 및 (b) : (a) 광물유, 합성나프텐, 폴리부텐 및 폴리(모노)α-올레핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 45∼90중량%, (b) 탄소수 10∼24의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 10∼45중량%를 함유하고, 이들의 에스테르가가 70 이하이고, 동점도가 40℃에서 20cSt 미만인 윤활제로 도포한 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판으로 이루어진 -30℃ 미만의 온도에서 프레스 성형에 사용하는 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 판이 0.5∼5.0 g/m2의 윤활제로 도포된 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판.
  9. 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판을 다음 성분 (a) 및 (b) : (a) 광물유, 합성나프텐, 폴리부텐 및 폴리(모노) α-올레핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 45∼90중량%, (b) 탄소수 10∼24의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 10∼45중량%를 함유하고, 이들의 에스테르가가 70 이하이고, 동점도가 40℃에서 20cSt 미만인 윤활제로 도포하고, -30℃ 미만에서 프레스 성형함을 특징으로 하는 저온에서 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금판을 성형하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 프레스 성형온도가 -100℃ 미만인 것이 특징인 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 판이 0.5∼5.0g/m2의 윤활제로 도포함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
