Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 쿠션내장재, 머리받이, 가구용 쿠션재등에 널리 사용되는 물발포연질폴리우레탄발포체, 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물로서 트릴렌디이소시아네이트와, 특정의 핵체조성물 가진 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐이소시아네이트를 특정의 비율로 혼합한 유기폴리이소시아네이트 조성물, 또는 특정의 구조를 가긴 변성용 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올과 반응한 이소시아네이트기 말단프레폴리머와, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올로서 수산기가, 모노올 함유량, 헤드-투-테일(head-to-tail) 결합선택를 이 특정의 조건을 충족시키는 것을 사용해서 제조되는, 저촉매량이어도 반발탄성, 압축변형, 6Hz 진동전달률에 뛰어나고, 인장강도, 인열강도, 신장율 등의 기계강도가 개선된 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체 및 그 제조방법을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. 활성수소화합물, 발포제, 촉매, 정포제 그 외의 조제의 혼합물과, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물을 반응시켜서 얻어지는 연질폴리우레탄발포체에 있어서, (A) 발포제로서 물을 사용하고, (B) 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물로서, (a) 식(I)에 표시되고,
    (식중, n=0, 1, 2, 3,…), 3핵체(n=1)와 4핵체 이상(n2) 및 저활성 성분과의 중량비〔3핵체/4핵체 이상 및 저활성 성분〕가 1.1~20.0이고, 또한 2핵체 함유율이 60중량%를 초과 90중량% 이하인 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐 이소시아네이트, 및 (b) 2,4-및/또는 2,6-트릴렌디이소시아네이트로 이루어지고, 양자의 혼합중량비 (a)/(b)가 97/3-80/20인 혼합물을 사용하고, (c) 활성수소화합물로서, 수산기가 10~35mgKOH/g, 모노올 최대함유량 15mo1%이며, 또 프로필렌옥사이드부가 중합에 의한 헤드-투-테일(head-to-tail) 결합선택률이 96mol% 이상인 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 〔3핵체/4핵체 이상 및 저활성성분〕이, 1.2~10.0이고, 또한 2핵체 함유율이 60중량%를 초과 80중량% 이하인 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 〔3핵체/4핵체 이상 및 저활성성분〕이, 2.0∼4.0이고, 또한 2핵체 함유율이 60중량%를 초과 80중량% 이하인 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물의 (a)/(b)가, 95/5~85/15인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물(B)이, 상기의 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐이소시아네이트(a)와, 2,4-및/또는 2,6-트릴렌디이소시아네이트(b)의 혼합물을, 탄소수 3이상의 알킬렌옥시드와 에틸렌옥시드의 몰부가 중합비율이 60/40~15/85이고, 평균관농기수 2~4, 평균분자량이 2,000~10,000인 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올의 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 반응시켜서 얻어지는 이소시아네이트기 말단프레폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올이, 탄소수 3~4의 알킬렌옥시드와 에틸렌옥시드의 몰부가 중합비율 50/50~20/80, 평균관농기수 2~4, 평균분자량 3,000~8,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올이, 알칼리금속수산화물촉매의 존재하, 수산기수 3~8의 활성수소 화합물에 알킬렌옥시드를 부가중합해서 얻어진 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 알칼리금속수산화물촉매가, 수산화세슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올이, 그 일부를 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 중합에 의해 변성된 폴리머폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체.
  10. 활성수소화합물, 발포체, 촉매, 정포제 그 외의 조제의 혼합물과, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물을 반응시켜서 얻어지는 연질폴리우레탄발포체의 제조방법에 있어서, (A) 발포제로서 물을 사용하고, (B) 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물로서, (a) 식(I)에 표시되고,
    (식중, n=0, 1, 2, 3,…), 3핵체(n=1)와 4핵체 이상(n2) 및 저활성 성분과의 중량비〔3핵체/4핵체 이상 및 저활성성분〕가 1.1~20.0이고, 또한 2핵체 함유율이 60중량%를 초과 90중량% 이하인 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐 이소시아네이트, 및 (b) 2,4-및/또는 2,6-트릴렌디이소시아네이트로 이루어지고, 양자의 혼합중량비 (a)/(b)가 97/3~80/20인 혼합물을 사용하고, (c) 활성수소화합물로서, 수산기가 10~35mgKOH/g, 모노올 최대함유량 15mol%이며, 또 프로필렌옥사이드부가 중합에 의한 헤드-투-테일(head-to-tail) 결합최저선택률이 96mol%인 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 〔3핵체/4핵체 이상 및 저활성성분〕이, 1.2~10.0이고, 또한 2핵체 함유율이 60중량%를 초과 80중량% 이하인 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체의 제조방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 〔3핵체/4핵체 이상 및 저활성성분〕이, 2.0~4.0이고, 또한 2핵체 함유율이 60중량%를 초과 80중량% 이하인 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체의 제조방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물의 (a)/(b)가, 95/5~85/15인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체의 제조방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 유기폴리이소시아네이트조성물(B)이, 상기의 폴리메틸렌폴리페닐이소시아네이트(a)와, 2,4-및/또는 2,6-트릴렌디이소시아네이트(b)의 혼합물을, 탄소수 3이상의 알킬렌옥시드와 에틸렌옥시드의 몰부가 중합비율이 60/40~15/85이고, 평균관농기수 2~4, 평균분자량이 2,000~10,000인 폴리옥시알킬렌폴리올의 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 반응시켜서 얻어지는 이소시아네이트기말단프레폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체의 제조방법.
  15. 청구범위 제1항 기재의 연질고탄성폴리우레탄발포체를 발포성형해서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션.
  16. 청구범위 제15항 기재의 쿠션재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트.
