Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有高回弹性的海绵及其制备工艺,属于高分子材料技术领域。一种具有高回弹性的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇100-150份、硅油1-5份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.1-0.3份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.08-0.1份、辛酸亚锡0.1-0.14份、油酸钾0.06-0.12份、二氯甲烷3-15份、二氯三氟乙烷2-16份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-200份。本发明的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,具有较高的承载能力和良好的回弹性能、压缩变形小、拉伸强度和撕裂强度高,可以广泛应用于高承载机构上,不但能够改善其物理性能,还可以保持持久的高回弹性能,利用率高,从而提升经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有高回弹性的海绵及其制备工艺,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
目前的高回弹海绵所用的聚醚多元醇一般采用EO封端,聚醚活性较大,生产出来的海绵泡孔直径大小混合分布,骨架粗细不同,有很大的开孔率,在受压时会在不同形变状态下产生不同支撑力的反弹力。聚合物多元醇是一种具有特殊性能的改性聚醚多元醇,以聚醚多元醇为母体,与丙烯腈、苯乙烯接枝共聚制得,是聚醚多元醇、接枝聚醚多元醇、苯乙与丙烯腈等乙烯基单体的共聚物或自聚物组成的共混体系。它既保持了聚醚链原有的柔性,具有乙烯基聚合物的良好结构性能,使聚氨酯泡沫具有较高的承载能力和良好的回弹性能,增加泡沫体的开孔率,广泛应用于高承载、高回弹的软质及半硬质聚氨酯泡沫的生产。但由于普通的聚氨酯高回弹海绵的分子量不是很高,因此其拉伸强度和撕裂强度略有欠缺,压缩变形大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种高回弹、压缩变形小、拉伸和撕裂强度高的具有高回弹性的海绵及其制备工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有高回弹性的海绵,其特殊之处在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇100-150份、硅油1-5份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.1-0.3份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.08-0.1份、辛酸亚锡0.1-0.14份、油酸钾0.06-0.12份、二氯甲烷3-15份、二氯三氟乙烷2-16份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-200份;
所述一种具有高回弹性的海绵,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇120份、硅油3份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.2份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.09份、辛酸亚锡0.12份、油酸钾0.1份、二氯甲烷12份、二氯三氟乙烷10份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-200份;
一种具有高回弹性的海绵的制备工艺,其特殊之处在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚合物多元醇、硅油、四甲基亚乙基二胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、辛酸亚锡、油酸钾、二氯甲烷、二氯三氟乙烷、甲苯二异氰酸酯按比例倒入到反应釜中混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为4000-5500r/min,温度为18-25℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物放入发泡箱内发泡、熟化1.5-2分钟,脱模得到海绵;
(3)将步骤(3)的海绵自然冷却、干燥20-24小时,切割成成品即可。
本发明的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,具有较高的承载能力和良好的回弹性能、压缩变形小、拉伸强度和撕裂强度高,可以广泛应用于高承载机构上,不但能够改善其物理性能,还可以保持持久的高回弹性能,利用率高,从而提升经济效益。

以下给出本发明的具体实施方式,用来对本发明的构成作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇100份、硅油1份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.1份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.08份、辛酸亚锡0.1份、油酸钾0.06份、二氯甲烷3份、二氯三氟乙烷2份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80份;
实施例2
本实施例的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇150份、硅油5份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.3份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.1份、辛酸亚锡0.14份、油酸钾0.12份、二氯甲烷15份、二氯三氟乙烷16份、甲苯二异氰酸酯200份;
实施例3
本实施例的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇120份、硅油3份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.2份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.09份、辛酸亚锡0.12份、油酸钾0.1份、二氯甲烷12份、二氯三氟乙烷10份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-200份;
以上实施例的一种具有高回弹性的海绵的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚合物多元醇、硅油、四甲基亚乙基二胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、辛酸亚锡、油酸钾、二氯甲烷、二氯三氟乙烷、甲苯二异氰酸酯按比例倒入到反应釜中混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为5000r/min,温度为22℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物放入发泡箱内发泡、熟化2分钟,脱模得到海绵;
(3)将步骤(3)的海绵自然冷却、干燥22小时,切割成成品即可。
以上实施例的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,具有较高的承载能力和良好的回弹性能、压缩变形小、拉伸强度和撕裂强度高,可以广泛应用于高承载机构上,不但能够改善其物理性能,还可以保持持久的高回弹性能,利用率高,从而提升经济效益。
Claims (3)
1.一种具有高回弹性的海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇100-150份、硅油1-5份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.1-0.3份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.08-0.1份、辛酸亚锡0.1-0.14份、油酸钾0.06-0.12份、二氯甲烷3-15份、二氯三氟乙烷2-16份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高回弹性的海绵,其特征在于由以下按重量份最优配比的原料制成:聚合物多元醇120份、硅油3份、四甲基亚乙基二胺0.2份、N,N-二甲基环己胺0.09份、辛酸亚锡0.12份、油酸钾0.1份、二氯甲烷12份、二氯三氟乙烷10份、甲苯二异氰酸酯80-200份。
3.权利要求1或2所述一种具有高回弹性的海绵的制备工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚合物多元醇、硅油、四甲基亚乙基二胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、辛酸亚锡、油酸钾、二氯甲烷、二氯三氟乙烷、甲苯二异氰酸酯按比例倒入到反应釜中混合搅拌均匀,搅拌转速为4000-5500r/min,温度为18-25℃,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)的混合物放入发泡箱内发泡、熟化1.5-2分钟,脱模得到海绵;
(3)将步骤(3)的海绵自然冷却、干燥20-24小时,切割成成品即可。
