Abstract

본 발명은 마이크로웨이브용 유전체 세라믹 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 민생용 및 산업용 전자기 기에 사용되는 마이크로 웨이브 대역 부품용 소재 및 적층 세라믹 커패시터와 전자파장해(Electro-Magnetic Interference : EMI) 필터의 온도보상용 소재로써 사용되는, 유전율이 높고 공진주파수의 온도계수가 낮으며, 품질계수(Quality factor : Q)가 양호한 세라믹 (Ceramic) 유전체 조성에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 산화바륨, 산화납, 산화스트론튬, 산화지르코늄, 산화사마륨, 산화망간, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 산화비스무스 및 이산화티탄을 성분으로 하는 유전세 세라믹 조성물로써, 실험한 결과 다음과 같은 새로운 조성을 얻는다.
예를 들면, 본 발명은 산화바륨대신 산화스트론튬과 산화지르코늄을 사용하여 유전율은 같고 품질계소가 증가한 조성을 얻을 수 있고 산화바륨 대신 가격이 싼 산화망간, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연을 첨가함으로써 유전율과 품질계수는 같으면서 소결제로서의 역할을 하여 소결온도를 낮추어 줄 수 있다. 이외에 3몰% 내외의 산화납과 산화비스무스를 사용함으로써 성분원소의 휘발로 인한 품질계수의 저하를 방지할 수 있고 조성의 조절이 용이하다.
상기 조성물을 1200℃∼1400℃범위의 소결온도에서 소결하면 85 이상의 유전율과 ±5ppm/℃이내의 공진주파수 온도계수를 얻을 수 있고, 1GHz 공진주파수에 6000 이상의 품질계소를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 본 발명은 산화바륨, 산화납, 산화사마륨, 산화스트론듐, 산화지르코늄, 산화망간, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 산화비스무스, 이산화티탄을 주성분으로 하는 유전체 조성물로써 다음과 같은 조성식을 가지는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
    x(Ba1-∝-βㆍPbMβ)O-ySm2O3-zTiO2
    여기서, M은 산화스트론듐, 산화지르코늄, 산화망간, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 산화비스무스, .
  2. 제1항에 있어서, M성분의 탄화물을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화바륨(BaO) 또는 탄산바륨(BaCO3)을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산화납(PbO) 또는 삼산화납(Pb3O4)을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  5. 상기 제1항의 조성물중 1종 또는 2종 이상의 M성분을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
