Abstract

본 발명은 마이크로웨이브용 유전체 세라믹 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 산화바륨(BaO), 산화납(PbO), 산화니오디움(Nd2O3), 산화세륨(CeO2) 및 이산화티탄(TiO2)을 주성분으로 하고, 산화제이동(CuO), 산화아연(ZnO), 삼산화비스무스(Bi2O3), 일산화망간(MnO)을 부성분으로 구성된 유전체 세라믹 조성물로써, 여러 가지 실험을 수행한 결과 다음과 같은 새로운 조성을 얻는다.
예를들면, 본 발명은 산화니오디움보다 가격이 저렴한 산화세륨을 일부 치환하여, 유전율 및 품질계수를 증가시키고, 공진주파수의 온도계수를 Oppm/℃ 부근으로 근접시킨 조성을 얻을 수 있으며, 상기 여러가지 부성분을 첨가하여 소결온도는 감소시키면서 유전특성을 향상시킬 수 있었다.
상기 조성물을 1250℃∼1375℃범위의 소결온도와 2∼4시간 동안 소결하면 90이상의 유전율과 ±5ppm/℃의 공진주파수 온도계수를 얻을 수 있고, 1GHz 공진주파수에 4500이상의 품질계수를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 본 발명은 산화바륨, 산화납, 산화니오디움, 산화세룸, 이산화티탄을 주성분으로 하고 산화제이동, 산화아연, 삼산화비스무스 및 일산화망간을 부성분으로 하는 유전체 조성물로써 다음과 같은 조성식을 가지는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
    x(Ba1-∝ㆍPb) O-y(Nd2O3(1-β)ㆍCeO2(β))-zTiO2
    여기서, 6≤x≤20, 10≤y≤20, 60≤z≤75(x+y+z=100), 0〈∝≤0.5, 0〈β≤0.2, 0〈CuO≤1WT%, O〈ZuO≤1WT%, O〈Bi2O3≤1WT%, 0〈MnO≤1WT%.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화바륨(BaO) 또는 탄산바륨(BaCO3)을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산화납(PbO) 또는 삼산화납(Pb3O4)을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물을 1250℃∼1375℃, 2시간∼4시간의 소결온도 및 소결시간으로 소결한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물중 1종 또는 2종이상의 부성분을 함께 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
