Abstract
본 발명은 민생용 및 산업용 전자기기에 사용되는 마이크로웨이브 대역 부품용 소재 및 적층 세라믹 커패시터와 전자파 장해(Electro-Magnetic Interference : EMI) 필터의 온도보상용 소재로서 유용한 세라믹 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 산화바륨, 산화납, 산화니오디움, 산화세륨, 산화란탄 및 이산화티탄을 주성분으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 조성물로서 여러가지 시험을 수행한 결과, 다음과 같은 새로운 조성을 얻었다.
예를 들어, 본 발명은 제1성분으로 6∼20mol%의 (Ba1-α·Pbα)O, 제2성분으로 10∼20mol%의 (Nd2O3(1-β-γ)·CeO2(β)·La2O3(γ)), 제3성분으로 60∼75mol%의 TiO2로 구성된다.
상기 조성물을 1250∼1400℃ 범위의 소결온도와 2∼4시간 동안 소결하여 제조된 본 발명의 유전체 세라믹은 90 이상이 유전율과, ±10ppm/℃ 이내의 공진주파수 온도계수를 얻을 수 있고, 1GHz 공진 주파수에서 5000 이상의 품질계수를 갖는다.

Claims (4)
- 산화바륨, 산화납, 산화니오디움, 산화세륨, 산화란탄 및 이산화티탄을 주성분으로 하는 유전체 조성물로서, 하기와 같은 조성식을 가지는 유전체 세라믹 조성물.x(Ba1-α·Pbα)O-y(Nd2O3(1-β-γ)·CeO2(β)·La2O3(γ))-zTiO2여기서,
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화바륨(Bao) 대신에 탄산바륨(BaCO3)을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화납(PbO) 대신에 삼산화납(Pb3O4)을 사용한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 1250∼1400℃의 소결온도와 2∼4시간 동안의 소결시간으로 소결한 유전체 세라믹 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
