Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 안전거리 경보회로 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서 보다 상세하게는 자동차의 주행속도에 따른 앞차와의 차간 안전거리를 체크하여 안전거리 미 확보시 자동차의 운전자에게 약속된 경보신호를 출력하여 추돌사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
특징적인 구성으로는 자동차의 주행속도를 감지하기 위한 속도감지부와, 앞차와의 차간거리를 측정하기 위한 차간거리감지부와, 상기 속도감지부 및 차간거리감지부에 구동전원을 공급하기 위한 센서구동부와, 경보기능을 선택하기 위한 경보기능선택스위치와, 상기 스위치 선택상태에 따라 센서구동신호를 발생시키고 상기 속도센서부 및 차간거리감지부의 감지신호를 이용하여 앞차와의 안전거리를 계산하고 계산된 안전거리와 차간거리를 비교하여 안전거리가 확보되지 않으면 경보제어신호를 출력하는 마이크로프로세서와, 상기 마이크로프로세서의 경보제어신호에 의해 경보등 및 부저를 구동시키는 경보구동부로 구성함에 있으며, 자동차의 안전거리 경보방법의 특징은 경보기능 선택스위치의 선택상태를 체크하며 속도감지부와 차간거리감지부를 구동시키는 제1단계와, 상기 제1단계에서 작동된 속도감지부와 차간거리감지부의 출력신호를 읽어들여 주행속도에 따른 안전거리를 계산하는 제2단계와, 상기 제2단계에서 계산된 안전거리와 현재의 차간거리를 비교하여 안전거리가 확보되었는가를 판단하여 안전거리가 확보되지 않은 경우 경보제어신호를 출력하는 제3단계와, 상기 제3단계에서 경보제어신호를 출력한 이후 일정한 지연시간을 둔 후 다시 상기 제1단계로 복귀하는 제4단계로 이루어짐에 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동차의 주행속도를 감지하기 위한 속도감지부(20)와, 앞차와의 차간거리를 측정하기 위한 차간거리감지부(30)와, 상기 속도감지부 및 차간거리감지부에 구동전원을 공급하기 위한 센서구동부(10)와, 경보기능을 선택하기 위한 경보기능선택스위치(SW1)와, 상기 스위치 선택상태에 따라 센서구동신호를 발생시키고 상기 속도감지부 및 차간거리감지부의 감지신호를 이용하여 앞차와의 안전거리를 계산하고 계산된 안전거리와 임의의 기준거리를 비교하여 안전거리가 확보되지 않으면 경보제어신호를 출력하는 마이크로프로세서(40)와, 상기 마이크로프로세서의 경보제어신호에 의해 경보등 및 부저를 구동시키는 경보구동부(50)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안전거리 경보회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차간거리감지부(30)는 자동차의 앞차에 무선의 전파를 발사한 후 반사되어 들어오는 시간을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안전거리 경보회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차간거리감지부(30)는 자동차의 앞차에서 반사되어 들어오는 무선의 전파신호를 충분하게 수신할 수 있는 앞부분에 장착됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안전거리 경보회로.
  4. 경보기능선택스위치가 구비되고 속도감지수단과 차간거리감지수단 및 경보신호를 발생시키기 위한 경보 발생수당과 상기 경보발생수단을 제어하는 마이크로세서가 구비된 자동차의 경보방법에 있어서, 경보기능 선택스위치의 선택상태를 체크하여 속도감지부와 차간거리감지부를 구동시키는 제1단계(S1~S2)와, 상기 제1단계에서 작동된 속감지부와 차간거리감지부의 출력신호를 읽어들여 주행속도에 따른 안전거리를 계산하는 제2단계(S3~S5)와, 상기 제2단계에서 계산된 안전거리와 임의의 기준 안전거리를 비교하여 안전거리가 확보되었는가를 판단하여 안전거리가 확보되지 않은 경우 경보제어신호를 출력하는 제3단계(S6~S7)와, 상기 제3단계에서 경보제어신호를 출력한 이후 일정한 지연시간을 둔 후 다시 상기 제1단계로 복귀하는 제4단계(S8)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안전거리 경보방법.
