Abstract
본 발명은 700℃의 저온에서 공기중에서 경납땜 할 수 있는 공구삽입체에 관한 것이다. 다결정형 다이아몬드 압분체 또는 동축정계 질화붕소 압분체와 같은 공구 압분체는 금속 결합층 및 보호층을 포함하는 다층 피복물을 갖는다. 일단 결합층 및 보호층으로 피복되면, 공구 삽입체는 진공로 또는 특정 기압이 없이도 표준 경납땜 물질을 사용하여 제작 환경하의 공기중에서 공구 삽입체에 경납땜 될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 이러한 공구 삽입체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- a. 공구 압분체; 및 b.i. 상기 공구 압분체위에 부착 및 공기 압분체에 접착된 금속 결합층 및 ii. 상기 금속 결합층위에 부착 및 공기 압분체에 접착된 상용성 경납땜 물질을 포함하는 보호층을 포함하는 다층 피복시스템을 포함하는, 지지체에 경납땜하기 위한 공구 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속결합층이 텅스텐-티탄 합금 및 크롬을 포함하는 공구 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속결합층이 약1내지 약50중량%의 티탄 및 그 나머지 양의 텅스텐을 포함하는 공구 삽입체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층이 은, 구리, 금, 팔라듐, 백금, 니켈 및 그의 합금, 및 니켈 및 니켈과 크롬의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 공구 삽입체.
- a. 공구 압분체; b. I. 상기 공구 압분체위에 부착 및 공구 압분체에 접착된 금속 결합층 및 ii. 상기 금속 결합층위에 부착 및 금속결합층에 접착된 상용성 경납땜 물질을 포함하는 보호층(이때, 상기 경납땜 물질은 주위 압력 및 주위 공기 환경하에서 예비성형 된다)을 포함하는, 지지체에 경납땜된 피복된 공구를 포함하는 공구.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공구에 대한 공구 삽입에의 경납땜이 700℃와 저온에서 수행되는 공구.
- a. 공구압분체위에 금속결합층을 부착시키는 단계, b. 금속결합층위에 보호층을 부착시켜 다층 피복 공구 삽입체를 형성시키는 단계, c. 금속결합층과 공구 압분체 사이의 계면에서 금속 탄화물 또는 질화물을 형성하기에 충분한 온도에서 및 시간동안 금속결합층을 가열하여 공그 압분체에 대한 금속결합층의 접착력을 제공하는 단계, 및 d. c 단계와 동시에 또는 연차적으로, 보호층을 가열하여 금속결합층에 대한 보호층의 접착력을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 공구삽입체의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가열 단계를 4내지 100부피%의 수소 및 미량의 아르곤으로 이루어진 수소/아르곤 환경하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 티탄을 산소 및 질소 제거제로서 열처리 단계에 도입하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계를 600 내지 800℃ 의 온도에서 5 내지 60분간 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
