Abstract

수용성의 3-0-치환 아스코르빈산을 간편하게 고수율로 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.
하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3-0-치환-5,6-이소프로필리덴아스코르빈산을 비수성 용매중 산성이온 교환수지로 처리하여 상기 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 화합물중의 디옥소란 고리를 개환하고, vic-글리콜 기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 3-0-치환 아스코르빈산의 제조방법.
(식중 R은 저급알킬기 및 저급알킬카르보닐 저급알킬기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기이다)

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 3-0-치환-5,6-0-이소프로필리덴 아스코르빈산을 비수성 용매중, 산성이온 교환수지로 처리하여 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 화합물중의 디옥소란 고리를 개환하고, vic-글리콜기를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 3-0-치환 아스코르빈산의 제조방법.
    〔식중, R은 저급 알킬기 및 저급알킬카르보닐 저급알킬기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 기이다.〕
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비수성 용매가 제1급 알콜류, 에테르류 및 할로겐화 탄화수소류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 비수성 용매가 에스테르류, 니트릴류, 방향족 탄화수소류, 지방족 탄화수소류 및 비프로로톤성 유기용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비수성 용매가 제1급 알콜류, 에테르류 및 할로겐화 탄화수소류로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상과, 에스테르류, 니트릴류, 방향족 탄화수소류, 지방족 탄화수소류 및 비프로톤성 유기용매로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 이상과의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산성 이온 교환수지가 유효 관능기로서 슬폰 산기 또는 카르복실산기를 갖는 것인 방법.
