Claims (1)
- 스테퍼에 의해 노광을 반복 진행하여 패턴을 형성하는 반도체 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서, 한번의 노광에 의해 형성되는 다이의 일측 외부에 소정 형상의 제1정렬 마크를 형성하고, 상기 다이의 타측에 선행 노광 공정에서 형성된 제1정렬 마크와 중첩되도록 제2정렬마크를 형성하여, 인접한 다이간의 정렬을 측정하여 보정하는 반도체 장치의 제조방법.
