Abstract

상기된 첨가제는 특이한 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트의 조성물의 중합체와에 의해 제조된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 분산작용과 형광 탄성중합체와 양립될 수 있는 중합체 첨가제, 점도지시 개량제, 다음과 같이 구성된 단일체의 조성물의 불활성 용매에 혼성중합체화에 의해 그것이 획득된 것을 특징으로 하는 코폴리(메트)아크릴 레이트로 근복적을 구성된 상기된 중합체 첨가제 : a) 중량 0-19%의 양, 오히려 0-10%에서 일반구조식 (Ⅰ) CH2=C(R)-COOR1을 가지는(메트)아크릴레이트, R은 -H와 -CH3로부터 선택되었고, R1은 수직의 또는 가지형 C1-C4알킬라디칼로부터 선택된다; b) 중량 85-98%의 양에서 일반구조식 (Ⅱ) CH2=C(R)-COOR2를 가지는(메트)아크릴레이트, R은 상기의 것을 가지고, R2는 6-25의 탄소원자의 수를 가지는 수직의또는 가지형 알킬 라디칼로부터 선택된다; c) 중량 1-6%의 약에서 일반적 구조식 (Ⅲ) CH2=C(R)-CO-X-R3를 가지는 (메트)아크릴레이트, R은 상기된 것을 가지고, -X-은 산소 또는 -NH 또는 NR4이며 R4는 1-5탄소원자를 가지는 알킬라디칼, 그리고 R3는 4-20탄소원자의 총수와 1-2의 삼차질소 원자의 수를 가지는 수직의, 가지형 또는 고리형 알킬라디칼로부터 선택된다; d) 중량 1-9%의 양에서 일반구조식 (Ⅳ) CH2=C(R)-COOR5를 기지는(메트)아크릴레이트, R은 상기의 것을 가지고, R5는 4-20의 탄소원자의 수와 1-2의 히드록실과/또는 알콕시형의 산소원자의 수를 가지는 수직의, 가지형 또는 고리형 알킬 라디칼로부터 선택된다, 알콕시는 -OR6군을 뜻하는데, R6은 수직의 또는 가지형 C1-C4알킬 라디칼이며, 100에 동등한 (a)-(d)의 성분의 총 퍼센트이다. (d)의 (메트)아크릴레이트의 산소등가와 (c)의 (메트)아크릴레이트의 질소등가의 비율이 1/1 내지 2/1인 것을 더욱이 특징으로 하는 중합체성 단일체의 상기의 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다음의 구성의 중합체 조성을 특징으로 하는 첨가제 : 1) 중량 0-10% 양에서(메트)아크릴레이트(a), 2) 중량 98-97% 양에서(메트)아크릴레이트(b), 3) 중량 1.5-5% 양에서(메트)아크릴레이트(c), 4) 중량 1.5-7% 양에서(메트)아크릴레이트(d); 100에 동등한(a)-(d)성분의 총퍼센트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (d)의 (메트)아크릴레이트의 산소동가와 (c)와 (메트)아크릴레이트의 질소등가의 비가 1.1/1 내지 1.6/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (a)-(d)단일체 모두에 있어서, -R-이 -CH-에 동등한 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트(B)에서 -R2-가 C10-C20알킬 라디칼의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트(c)에서 -X-가 -O-와 -R3-가 -CH2-CH2-N-(CH3)2인 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트(d)에서 -R5-가 2-히드록시프로필과 3-히드록시프로필과 상대적 혼합물로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체성(메트)아크릴 단일체의 총퍼센트가 100일 때, 다음의 특징으로 하는 코폴리(메트)아크릴레이트의 제법을 위한 공정, a) 중합체와 반응기가 중합체의 단일체의 25%-55% 양과 반응촉매의 거의 총량과 하전된다. b) 반응기가 시간 10-120분에서 중하??성 단일체 조성물의 보유양과 공급된다. c) 중합체화가 97% 이상의 단일체의 전환점도까지 계속되고, 75℃-130℃온도에서 상기의 공정이 수행된다.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체 반응기가 총중합체성 조성물의 30-50%의 단일체량과 초기에 하전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체성 조성물의 보유양은 15-80분의 시간에서(b)에서 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체화는 98% 이상의 단일체의 전완 점도까지 계속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 중합체화 고정이 80℃-100℃ 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 코폴리(메트)아크릴레이트 중량 50-60% 양에서 내재하는 코폴리(메트)아크릴레이트의 불활성 용매에서의 용액.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트가 45-55% 양에서 내재하는 불활성 용매에서의 용액.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 용매가 코폴리(메트)아크릴레이트의 제법의 위해 사용된 동일 미네랄유인 용액
