Abstract

본 발명은 -COOH 그룹 30% 이상이 에스테르 및/또는 아미드 그룹으로 전환된 폴리아크릴산 또는 폴리(C1-4)-알킬 아크릴산인, 용매를 주성분으로 하는 피복물(solvent-based coatings)의 레올로지 개질제(rheology modifier)에 관한다. 바람직한 화합물은 약 50%의-COOH 그룹이 C4-12-알콜로 에스테르화된 폴리아크릴산의 에스테르이다.

Claims (14)

  1. Y는 -OR1또는 -NR2R3; R1은 C4-18-알킬 또는 싸이클로알킬; 및 R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 알킬이거나 또는 싸이클로알킬; 또는 R2및 R3로 표시되는 탄소 원자의 총 수가 4-18일 경우 R2및 R3는 이들과 결합되어 있는 질소 원자와 함께 뭉쳐저서 고리를 형성하는, -COOH그룹의 30%이상이 -COY 그룹으로 전환된 폴리아크릴산 또는 폴리(C1-4-알킬)아크릴산 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 화학식 (1)의 중합체.
    [H를 제외한 Y의 피센트가 Y로 표시되는 그룹들 총 수의 30%보다 큰 경우, 상기 화학식 R로 표시되는 n 그룹은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-4알킬; Y로 표시되는 n그룹은 H, -OR1또는 -NR2R; 및 n은 200-25,000]
  3. 제2항에 있어서, n이 800-2000인 중합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 H인 중합체.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Y가 OR1인 중합체.
  6. 폴리아크릴산을 R1-OH 및/또는 NHR2R3와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한항의 중합체의 제조 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체, 수지 및 비수성 매질을 포함하는 조제물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항의 중합체, 고체 미립자 및 비수성 매질을 포함하는 조제물.
  9. a) 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체; 및 b) 2이상의 모노-또는 폴리-(카보닐-C1-7-알킬렌옥시)사슬을 갖는 폴리(C2-4-알킬렌이민)을 포함하는 분산매를 포함하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성분 b)를 ε-카프로락톤, 분자량이 약 20,000인 폴리에틸이민 및 라우르산과 함께 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 조성물.
  11. a) 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체; 및 b) 폴리알킬렌이민 및 하기 화학식 (2)의 하이드로카복실산, 또는 이러한 하이드록시카볼실산 및 하이드록시 그룹이 제거된 카복실산의 혼합물에서 얻어진 폴리에스테르의 반응 생성물인 분산매.

  12. 제11항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 약 3.3당량의 폴리(12-하이드록시스테아르산) 및 분자량이 약 20,000인 1당량의 폴리(에틸렌아민)을 반응시켜 얻어질 수 있는 조성물.
  13. a) 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체; 및 b) 화학실 (3) 또는 화학식 (4)의 분산매를 포함하는 조성물.

S 또는 NR; 및 R은 H, 알킬, 알케닐, 싸이클로알킬 또는 페닐임]
  14. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항의 중합체의 비수성 조제물내레올로지 개질제(rheologymodifier)로서의 용도.
