Abstract
본 발명은 반응성 작용기를 갖는 중합체 제조에 관한 것이다.
보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 작용성 아세토아세테이트기를 함유하는 중합체를 제조한후, 그 아세토아세테이트기와 작용성 아민을 반응하여 엔아민을 형성하는 것에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 중합체는 코팅제, 밀폐제, 접착제 및 포화제를 포함한 여러가지 용도에 사용되며 물 혹은 물-공용매 혼합물내에서 용액이나 분산물로써 가장 유용한 것이다.

Claims (16)
- 아세토아세테이트 작용성 중합체를 1차 아민 및 최소한 하나의 다른 형태의 작용기를 갖는 화합물과 엔아민 생성에 효과적인 조건에서 반응시킴을 포함하는 작용성 중합체 제조방법.
- 아세토아세테이트-작용성 단량체를 1차 아민 및 최소한 하나의 다른 형태의 작용기를 갖는 화합물과 엔아민 생성에 효과적인 조건에서 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 작용성 단량체 제조방법.
- 아세토아세테이트 단량체를 함유하는 단량체 혼합물을 작용기와 혼화되지 조건에서 중합하는 단계; 중합 후 그 아세토아세테이트-작용성 중합체 산물을 1차 아민과 상기 혼화되지 않은 작용기를 갖는 화합물과 엔아민 생성에 효과적인 조건에서 반응시키는 단계;를 포함하는 작용기를 갖는 중합체 제조방법.
- 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작용기는, 분자량이 약 72∼400,000인, C2∼C18알킬, 알콕시, 및 폴리알콕실 사슬과 같은 2가의 기로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 결합기임을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작용기는 메르캅토에틸아민, 타우린, 3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란, 3-아미노프로필트리에톡시실란, 폴리옥시프로필렌아민, 폴리옥시에틸렌아민, 2-아미노에틸에틸렌우레아, 2-디메틸아미노에틸아민, 아미노산, 알릴아민 및 4-아미노-2,2,6,6-테트라메틸피페리딘으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 작용성 아민의 양은 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 양을 기준으로 1몰 과량이상에서 1몰 과량이하 범위에 걸쳐 변화될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 통해 부착된 메르캅탄 작용기를 갖는 에멀션 중합체.
- 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 통해 부착된 알콕시 실란작용기를 갖는 에멀션 중합체.
- 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 통해 비닐 중합체에 부착된 올레핀 작용기를 갖는 에멀션 중합체.
- 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 통해 부착된 2차 아민 작용기를 갖는 에멀션 중합체.
- 내인쇄성 및 내용매성을 갖는, 청구범위 제10항의 에멀션 중합체를 사용한 코팅조성물.
- 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 통해 부착된 접착-촉진기를 갖는 에멀션 중합체.
- 제7, 8, 9, 10 또는 12항의 중합체를 함유하는 코팅조성물.
- 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 에멀션 중합체는 아민 작용성 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드를 첨가함으로써 불용성 에멀션 중합체로 부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체의 Tg는 작용성 아민을 첨가함으로써 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 입체적으로 안정화된 라텍스를 제조하기 위하여 아세토아세테이트 작용기의 엔아민을 통해 부착된 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드기를 갖는 에멀션 중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
