Claims (10)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아미노실리콘 유체로 금속 표면을 피복하고, 피막을 가수분해함으로써 경화시켜 연속 고체 피막을 형성함을 포함하여, 중합체 수지를 제조하는 동안 반응성 α-올레핀 가스에 노출된 금속 표면의 오염을 방지하는 방법.상기식에서, R은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수가 1내지 4인 저급 알킬이고, A는 탄소수가 2내지 6인 알킬렌 그룹이며, n은 약 5내지 약 600의 수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 표면이 열 교환기의 요소인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응성 가스가 지배적으로 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피막이 필수적으로 연속적인 가교 결합 고체 피막인 방법.

- 제7항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 에틸렌 및/또는 프로필렌인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 아미노실리콘이 하기일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표현되고, 피막을 가수분해함으로써 경화시켜 연속 고체 피막을 형성하는 방법.상기식에서, n은 약 5내지 약 600의 수이다.
