Abstract
본 발명은 예를들어 배의 컨테이너와 같은 대형 컨테이너에서 톨루엔디아미을 장기간 동안 저장 및 운반하기 위한 개선된 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 방법은 디니티로톨루엔을 수소화시킴으로써 생성되는 반응 생성물을 분별 증류시킴으로써 수득되는 무수 톨루엔디아민을 융점 또느 빙점을 충부히 강하기키는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 융점의 강하는 저장 및 운반을 위해 물을 상기 톨루엔디아민의 5내지 15중량%의 양으로 첨가하여 혼합함으로써 달성된다. 상기 무수 톨루엔디아민에 주입되는 물의 양은 약 7 내지 10중량%인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (6)
- 대형 컨테이너내에서 저장 및/또는운반하기 위한 메타-톨루엔디아민의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 방법은약 200°F의 온도에서 디니트로톨루엔을 수소화시킴으로써 생성되는 반응 생성물을 분별 증류시킴으로써 수득되는 거의 무수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물에 탈염수를 5 내지 15중량% 의 양으로 첨가하고, 혼합하여, 상기 거의 무수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물의 빙점을 충분히 강하시키며, 최종 온도를 상기 생성물의 온도가 기포 발생점 이하가 되도록 조정하는 것을 포함하는 메타-톨루엔디아민의 제조방법.
- 제1하에 있어서, 상기 물을 약 7 내지 10중량%의 양으로 첨가하는 메타-톨루엔디아민의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 거의 무수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물에 물을 첨가할 때, 상기 혼합물의 온도가 220 내지 250°F인 메타-톨루엔디아민의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기거의 무수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물에 물을 첨가할 때, 상기 물의 온도가 80 내지 190°F 인 메타-톨루엔디아민의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 메타-톨루디아민 혼합물이 2,4-톨루엔디아민 약 65 내지 80% 및 2,6-톨루엔디아민 약 20 내지 35%를 함유하는 메타-톨루엔디아민의 제조방법.
- 2,4- 및 2,6-디니트로톨루엔 이성질체 혼합물을 주로 함유하는 반응 생성물을 제조하기 위한 조건하에서 황산 존재하에 톨루엔을 질산과 접촉시키고, 디니트로톨루엔을 회수한 후, 이것을 수소화 촉매 존재하에서 수소와 접촉시키며, 그 결과 생성된 2,4- 및2,6-톨루엔디아민을 함유하는 반응 생성물을 감압 및 상승 온도하에 컬럼내에서 증류시?? 임의의경물질, 물, 톨루이딘, 오르토-톨루덴디아민 및 부생성물을 제거하고, 상기컬럼의 바닥으로부터 거의 부수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물을 회수하여, 온도를 약 200 내지 250°F로 강하시키고 압력은 대기압 이상으로 가압시킨 생성물 냉각기로 통과시키는 메타-톨루엔디아민 혼합물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은220°F 이상의 온도에서 상기 거의 무수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물에 탈이온수를 5내지 15중량%의 양으로 첨가하고, 상기 물을 상기 거의 무수 상태의 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물루과 혼합하여, 최종 온도를 상기 생성물의 온도가 기포 발생점 이하가 되도록 조정하는 것을 포함하는, 저장 및/또는 운반하기 위한 상기 메타-톨루엔디아민 이성질체 혼합물의 제조 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
