제9도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 광디스크 플레이어 일부의 블럭도.

Claims (6)

  1. 제1보안 정보를 물리적으로 저장하고 제2보안 정보를 논리적으로 저장하는 키용 광디스크에 있어서, 상기 제1보안 정보가 합법적인 광디스크상에 물리적으로 기록된 보안 정보와 같고, 상기 제2보안 정보가 합법적인 광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 키용 광디스크.
  2. a)키 광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보를 검출하는 단계, b) 상기 단계 a)에 의해 검출된 보안정보를 저장하는 단계, c)점검되는 제2광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보를 검출하는 단계, d)상기 단계 b)에 의해 저장된 보안 정보와 상기 단계 c)에 의해 검출된 보안 정보가 서로 일치하는가 여부를 결정하는 단계, e)상기 단계 b)에 의해 저장된 보안 정보와 상기 단계 c)에 의해 검출된 보안 정보가 서로 일치하는 경우 제2광디스크로부터 다른 정보의 재생을 허용하는 단계, f)상기 단계 b)에 의해 저장된 보안 정보와 상기 단계 c)에 의해 검출된 보안 정보가 서로 일치하지 않는 경우 제2광디스크로부터 다른 정보의 재생을 금지하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 관리 방법.
  3. 제1보안 정보 및 제2보안 정보를 물리적으로 저장하고 제3보안 정보를 논리적으로 저장하는 마스터 키용 광디스크에 있어서, 상기 제1보안 정보가 합법적인 광디스크상에 물리적으로 기록된 보안 정보와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 마스터 키용 광디스크.
  4. a)마스터 키 광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보를 검출하는 단계, b)상기 단계 (a)에 의해 검출된 보안 정보를 저장하는 단계, c)보안 정보가 상기 단계 (b)에 의해 저장된 후에 점검되는 제2광디스크로부터 정보의 재생을 허용하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 관리 방법.
  5. 키 광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보를 검출하는 제1수단, 상기 제1수단에 의해 검출된 보안 정보를 저장하는 제2수단, 점검되는 제2광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보를 검출하는 제3수단, 상기 제2수단에 의해 저장된 보안 정보와 상기 제3수단에 의해 검출된 보안 정보가 서로 일치하는가 여부를 결정하는 제4수단, 상기 제4수단에서 상기 제2수단에 의해 저장된 보안 정보와 상기 제3수단에 의해 검출된 보안정보가 서로 일치하는 것으로 결정된 경우 제2광디스크로부터 다른 정보의 재생을 허용하는 제5수단, 상기 제4수단에서 상기 제2수단에 의해 저장된 보안 정보와 상기 제3수단에 의해 검출된 보안 정보가 서로 일치하지 않는 것으로 결정된 경우 제2광디스크로부터 다른 정보의 재생을 금지하는 제6수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 관리 장치.
  6. 마스터 키 광디스크상에 논리적으로 기록된 보안 정보를 검출하는 제1수단, 상기 제1수단에 의해 검출된 보안 정보를 저장하는 제2수단, 보안 정보가 상기 제2수단에 의해 저장된 후에 점검되는 제2광디스크로부터 정보에 재생을 허용하는 제3수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 관리 장치.
