Abstract

금속제밸브와 열 융착커플링을 밀착성을 높인상태에서 확실하게 접합시킨 밸브본체를 구성한다. 종래와 같은 여분의 메카니칼 커플링을 필요로 하지 않고 간단한 접합공정으로 수지파이프를 접속할 수가 있어 경제적 효과가 우수할 뿐아니라 접속 공정을 간소화 할 수가 있다.

제3도는 제2도의 다른 예를 표시하는 일부 베낸 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 금속제 밸브박스 내부에 스템의 회동 또는 승강동작에 의해 개폐하는 밸브체를 설치한 금속재밸브에 있어서 상기한 밸브박스에 설치한 적어도 하나의 접속구에 접속방향과 지름방향의 양쪽을 걸고 있는 걸림수단을 통해서 발열체를 내장한 합성수지제 열 융착커플링을 일체로 고착시켜 밸브본체를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 밸브는 볼밸브, 스로틀밸브, 게이트밸브, 글로브밸브, 체크밸브 또는 플러그밸브 중의 하나인 밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 걸림수단은 밸브본체의 접속구의 단부의 외주면에 설치된 요철부와 지름방향의 단면에 설치한 요철부에 합성수지제 열 융착커플링을 일체로 성형한 밸브.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 걸림수단은 밸브본체의 접속구의 단부의 외주면에 설치된 톱니부와 지름방향의 단면에 설치한 요철부에 열 융착커플링을 일체로 성형한 밸브.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 걸림수단은 밸브본체의 접속구의 단부의 외주면에 설치한 요철부 또는 톱니부와 지름방향의 단면에 설치한 요철부에 합성수지제의 열 융착커플링을 일체로 성형한 밸브.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 합성수지제 열 융착커플링의 커플링본체는 가교폴리에틸렌, 가교폴리프로필렌등 가교성 열가소성 수지에 의해 원통상으로 형성한 밸브.
