Abstract

복수의 포오트의 축방향의 밸브구멍(6)을 보유하는 주밸브부(1)의 밸브체(4)의 양측으로 피스톤상자(11,12)를 부착하고, 이들의 설치한 피스톤실(13,15)에 밸브구멍으로 향해서 신장되는 볼록부(13a,15a)를 설치한다. 피스톤(14,16)에는 밸브부재(9)를 압압하는 압압부(14a,16a)와, 볼록부가 접동하는 오목부(14b,16b)를 설치하여, 이들의 볼록부와 오목부의 상대접동에 의하여 피스톤의 접동을 안내시킨다.

Claims (3)

  1. 밸브구멍(6)내로 접동자재하게 배설된 밸브부재(9)와, 상기한 밸브구멍(6)의 단부에 형성된 피스톤실(13,15)과, 그 피스톤실(13,15)내로 접동자재하게 배설된 피스톤(14,16)을 구비하고, 파일럿 유체에 의하여구동되는 상기한 피스톤(14,16)에서 상한 밸브부재(9)를 전환하도록 구성된 주밸브부(1), 상기한 주밸브주(1)의 피스톤실(13,15)에 대하여 파일럿 유체를 공급 또는 배출하는 파일럿 밸브부를 보유하는 파일럿 전환밸브에 있어서, 상기한 주밸브부(1)가 상기한 피스톤실(13,15)내에 그 피스톤실의 축선방향으로 연장되는 기둥형상인 볼록부 (13a,15a)를 설치함과 아울러, 상기한 피스톤(14,16)에 상기한 볼록부(13a,15a)가 접동자재하게 감입하는 오목부(14b,16b)를 설치하므로서, 이들 볼록부와 오목부에 의하여 상기한 피스톤(14,16)의 이동을 안내하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿 전환밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 피스톤에는 밸브구멍(6)내로 감입하는 기둥형상인 압압부(14a,16a)가 형성되어 있고, 그 압압부의 내부에 지지 연장되도록 상기한 오목부(14b,16b)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿 전환밸브.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 피스톤실(13,15) 및 피스톤(14,16)이 밸브부재(9)의 양측으로 각각 배설되고 적어도 어느 한쪽의 피스톤실 및 피스톤에 상기한 볼록부(13a,15a) 및 오목부(14b,16b)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파일럿 전환밸브.
