Abstract

본 발명은 의류용 섬유 직물 또는 편물의 항균 방충 가공방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 섬유 직·편물의 항균 방충 가공방법은 방향족 화합물계의 비이온성 수용성 방충제 1 내지 10중량%, 페닐 아미드계의 비이온성 수용성 항균제 1 내지 7중량% 및 비이온성 디알킬 지방산염계 촉매 0.01 내지 1.0 중량%로 되도록 물과 균일하게 혼합하여 패딩액을 조성하고, 소정의 조건하에서 상기 패딩액에 패딩한 후 건조, 큐어링을 행함으로써 완성된다.
본 발명에 따르면 인체에 밀접하게 접촉되는 의복에 육안판정이 어려운 해충(진드기류)의 서식 및 침투를 막을 수 있고 세균의 침투 및 번식을 방지함으로써 악취를 제거할 수 있는 내구성 있는 향균 방충의류가 제공되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 방향족 화합물계의 비이온성인 수용성 방충제 1 내지 10중량%, 페닐 아미드계의 비이온성 수용성 항균제 1 내지 7중량%, 비이온성 디알킬 지방산염으로 된 촉매 0.01 내지 1.0중량%로 되도록 물과 균일하게 혼합, 교반하여 패딩액을 제조하는 제1공정; 상기 섬유 직·편물을 통상의 연속 가공공정에 따라 상기 패딩액에 60중량% 이상의 픽업율이 되도록 패딩 처리하는 제2공정; 및 상기 패딩 처리되어 나오는 포를 건조기를 통과시키면서 60 내지 95℃에서 1 내지 10분간 건조시킨 후 통상의 텐터를 통과시키면서 120 내지 180℃에서 1 내지 8분간 큐어링시키는 제3공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 직·편물의 항균 방충 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패딩액에 수지 또는 유연제가 더 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 섬유 직·편물의 항균 방충 가공방법.
