Abstract
본 발명은 고체촉매성분과 유기알루미늄화합물 및/또는 보론원자함유 루이스산 또는 이온성화합물의 존재하에서 올레핀을 예비중합하여 얻은 올레핀 중합촉매에 관한 것이며, 상기 고체촉매성분은 우선 미립자 담체에 유기알루미늄옥시화합물을 담지시킨다음 인테닐 골격을 각각 갖는 2기가(치환된)실릴렌기에 의해 가교결합된 구조의 배위자를 가지며 또한 특정위치에 치환기를 갖는 천이금속화합물을 담지시켜 얻은 것이고, 또한 상기 올레핀 중합촉매를 사용하는 올레핀 중합방법에 관한 것이다. 이 올레핀 중합촉매 및 올레핀 중합방법에 의하면 고중합활성도로 고승밀도를 갖는 폴리올레핀이 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- (A) 우선 유기 알루미늄 옥시 화합물을 그다음 하기식(I)으로 표시되는 천이금속화합물을 미립자 담체상에 담지시켜 얻은 고체촉매성분과, (B) (b-1) 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및/또는(b-2) 보론원자 함유 루이스산 또는 보론함유 이온성 화합물의 존재하에서 올레핀을 예비중합시켜 얻은 올레핀 중합 촉매.상기 식에서 M은 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속이고, R1과 R2는 각각 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 알콕시기, 탄소원자수가 6∼10인 알릴옥시기, -OSO2R8, -SO2R8, -CH2SiR8 3(R8는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄화수소기임), 수소원자 및 할로겐원자로부터 선택된 기 또는 원자로써 서로 동일 또는 상이할 수 있으며, R3과 R5는 각각 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 탄화수소기와 알킬기의 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 트리알킬실릴기로부터 선택된 기로서 서로 동일 또는 상이하며 m은 1 또는 2 이며, R4과 R6는 각각 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 탄화수소기와 알킬기의 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 트리알킬실릴기 및 탄소원자수가 탄소원자수가 1∼20인 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수가 1∼20인 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 트리알킬실릴기 또는 할로겐원자로 치환될 수도 있는 탄소원자수가 6∼16인 아릴기로부터 선택된 기이며, n은 0 또는 1∼4의 정수이고, n이 2∼4의 정수일 경우, 인접 탄소원자에 결합된 복수의 상이한 R4및/또는 복수의 상이한 R6가 서로 결합하여 탄소원자와 함께 환을 형성하며, R7은 실릴렌기, 치환된 실릴렌기, -GeR9 2- 및 PR9-(R9는 탄화수소기)로부터 선택된 기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R7이 실릴렌기 또는 치환된 실릴렌기인 것이 특징인 올레핀중합촉매.
- (A) 우선 유기알루미늄옥시화합물을 그다음 하기식(I)으로 표시되는 천이금속화합물을 미립자 담체상에 담지시켜 얻은 고체촉매성분과, (B) (b-1) 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및/또는(b-2) 보론원자 함유 루이스산 또는 보론함유 이온성 화합물의존재하에서 올레핀을 예비중합시켜 얻은 올레핀 중합 촉매 존재하에 올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 올레핀중합방법.상기 식에서 M은 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속이고, R1과 R2는 각각 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 알콕시기, 탄소원자수가 6∼10인 알릴옥시기, -OSO2R8, -SO2R8, -CH2SiR8 3(R8는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄화수소기이며), 수소원자 및 할로겐원자로부터 선택된 기 또는 원자로써 서로 동일 또는 상이할 수 있으며, R3과 R5는 각각 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 탄화수소기와 알킬기의 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 트리알킬실릴기로부터 선택된 기로서 서로 동일 또는 상이하며 m은 1 또는 2이며, R4와 R6는 각각 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 탄화수소기와 알킬기의 탄소원자수가 1∼10인 트리알킬실릴기 및 탄소원자수가 1∼20인 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수가 1∼20인 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 트리알킬실릴기 또는 할로겐원자로 치환될 수도 있는 탄소원자수가 6∼16인 아릴기로부터 선택된 기이며, n은 0 또는 1∼4의 정수이고, n이 2∼4의 정수일 경우, 인점 탄소원자에 결합된 복수의 상이한 R4및/또는 복수의 상이한 R6가 서로 결합하여 탄소원자와 함께 환을 형성하며, R7은 실릴렌기, 치환된 실릴렌기, -GeR9 2- 및 PR9-(R9는 탄화수소기)로부터 선택된 기이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, R7이 실릴렌기 또는 치환된 실릴렌기인 것이 특징인 올레핀 중합방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
