Claims (13)
- 고분자량 셀룰로즈 에테르와 염기의 혼합물을 가속화된 전자로 조사하여 저분자량 셀룰로즈 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고분자량 셀룰로즈 에테즈의 평균 분자량(Mη)이 50,000내지 500,000g/㏖인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메틸셀룰로즈 에테르 또는 비이온성 또는 이온성 메틸셀룰로즈 혼합 에테르가 사용되는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시알킬셀룰로즈 에테르 또는 비이온성 또는 이온성 하이드록시알킬셀룰로즈 혼합 에테르가 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,완충작용을 하는 수용성 무기염이 염기로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염기의 함량이, 셀룰로즈 에테르를 기준으로 하여, 0.01내지 4중량 %인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로즈 에테르와 염기의 혼합물이, 먼저 셀룰로즈 에테르와 염기를 서로 개별적으로 미세하게 연마하고, 이어서 이들을 혼합장치에서 혼합시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로즈 에테르가 염기의 수용액과 함께 분무된 다음, 습윤성 셀룰로즈 에테르가 연마건조되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,조사되는 셀룰로즈 에테르의 벌크 밀도가 0.2내지 0.7g/㎤인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조사가 연속적인 전자 빔 가솟화제를 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자 빔의 에너지 조사량이 5내지 500kGy인 방법.
