본 발명은 5H-페닐-3, 13-디설포네이토디벤조포스폴 화합물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다

Claims (10)
- 5H-페닐-3, 13-디설포네이토디벤조포스폴 화합물.
- 20 내지 170℃의 온도에서 5H-페닐디벤조포스폴을, 황산과 오르토붕산의 무수 환합물과 반응시큼을 포함하는, 5H-페닐-3, 13-디설포네이토디벤조포스폴의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 방응을 60내지 150℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 황산과 오르토붕산의 혼합물에 존재하는 물을 수-결합제의 도움으로 제거하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 수 -결합제가 삼산화황인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 삼산화황이 올레움의 형태로 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무수 황산 중의 용액으로서의 5H-페닐디벤조포스폴이 황산과 오르토붕산의 무수 혼합물내로 도입되는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오로토붕산이 5H-페닐디벤조포스폴을 기본으로 등몰량 이상 으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황산과 오르토붕산의 무수 혼합물을 오르토붕산으로 포화시키는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 설폰화 반응 종료후, 반응 혼합물을 존재하는 황산을 0.5내지 50중량%로 희석시키는데 요구되는 양의 물과 혼합하고, 생성된 수용액을 수-불용성 유기 용매 중의 수-불용성 아민 용액(여기서, 아민은 설폰산의 화학적 당량당 0.5내지 3몰이 사용된다)으로 추출하고 유기상을 분리하여 수성 염기 용액과 즉시 접촉시킨 후, 수성상을 분리하며 이로부터 설폰화된 아릴포스핀을 분리시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
