Abstract
하기 화합물(Ⅰ)의 대량 생산에 적용할 수 있는, 사이토졸릭 포스포리파제 A2(cytosolic phospholipase A2)억제제의 합성 기질로서 유용한 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 에테르형 티오-포스포리피드의 제조 방법, 이를 위한 중간체 및 그의 제조 방법이 제공된다:

Claims (13)
- 하기 식(ⅩⅣ)의 화합물로부터 S-보호기를 제거한 후 식 A-OH(여기에서, A는 C14-C20아실 그룹임)의 화합물과 축합시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조 방법:상기 식에서, n은 13내지 17의 정수이고;B는 S-보호기이고;G는 로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 그룹이며;A는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅣ)의 화합물:상기 식에서, n, B 및 G 는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅢ)의 화합물 식(여기에서,X는 할로겐임)의 화합물과 반응시켜 환상 인산 에스테르를 형성하고, 이 한상 인산 에스테르를 트리메틸아민 또는 암모니아와 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, G가식또는의 그룹인 제2항에 청구된 화합물(ⅩⅣ)의 제조 방법:상기 식에서 n 및 B는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제3항에 청구된 바와 같은 식(ⅩⅢ)의 화합물을 옥시염화인과 반응시켜 이염화 임산을 얻고, 이 이염화인산을 보호된 L-세린 또는 보호된 이노시톨과 반응시키고, 보호기를 제거하는 것을 포함하는, G가 식또는의 그룹인 제2항에 청구된 식(ⅩⅣ)의 화합물의 제조 방법.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅢ)의 화합물:상기 식에서, n 및 B는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 염기의 존재하에 하기 식(ⅩⅡ)의 화합물의 티올 그룹을 보호하고 적당한 보호기 제거 조건하에 R1을 제거하는 것을 포함하는, 하기 식(ⅩⅢ)의 화합물의 제조 방법:상기 식들에서, R1은 하이드록시-보호기이고, r및 B는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1은 트리틸인 화합물(ⅩⅡ)을 산 존재하에 처리하여 상기 트리틸 그룹을 하이드록실 그룹으로부터 티올 그룹으로 한 단계로 전달시키는 방법.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅡ)의 화합물:상기 식에서, n은 R1은 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅡ)의 화합물을 설포닐화제 및 식R3S-M(여기에서,R3는 알카노일 또는 아릴카보닐이고, M은 알칼리 금속임)의 티오카복실산 금속염과 순차적으로 반응시켜 하기 식(ⅩⅠ)의 화합물을 얻고, 화합물(ⅩⅠ)를 가용매분해시키는 것을 포함하는, 제8항에 청구된 화합물(ⅩⅡ)의 제조 방법:상기 식들에서, n,R1및 R3은 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 하기 식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 얻고, 화합물(Ⅳ)를 산으로 연속적으로 처리하여 하기 식(Ⅴ)의 화합물을 얻고, 상기 화합물(Ⅴ)의 제1하이드록실 그룹을 보호 하여 하기 식(ⅩⅡ)의 화합물을 얻고, 화합물(ⅩⅡ)을 설포닐화제 및 식 R3S-M(여기에서, R3및 M은 상기 정의된 바와 같음)의 티오카복실산 금속염과 순차적으로 반응시켜 하기 식(ⅩⅠ)의 화합물을 얻고, 화합물을 (ⅩⅠ)를 가용매분해시켜 하기 식(ⅩⅡ)의 화합물을 얻고, 화합물(ⅩⅡ)를 제6항, 제3항 또는 제4항, 및 제1항에 청구된 방법에 따라 순서대로 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조 방법:상기 식들에서,Y는 할로겐, 알킬설포닐옥시 또는 아릴설포닐옥시이고, n,A G R1및 R3는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅣ')의 화합물을 식 A-OH(여기에서, A는 상기 정의된 바와 같음)의 화합물과 축합시키는 것을 포함하는, 하기 식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조 방법:상기 식들에서 n, A 및 G는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
- 하기 식(ⅩⅣ')의 화합물:상기 식에서, n및 G는 상기 정의된 바와 같다.
