Abstract

본 발명은 적어도 3층 이상의 구조를 가지고 있으며 양외곽층이 반복단위의 80몰% 이상이 에틸렌 나프텔레이트인 폴리에스테르이고, 가운데 층이 반복단위의 80몰% 이상이 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 폴리에스테르로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 열가소성 수지 필름을 제공한다. 본 발명의 복합 필름은 고온하에서 또는 용매 중에서의 올리고머의 발생량이 매우 적어 각종 용도에 경제적으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 적어도 3종 이상의 구조를 가지고 있으며 양외곽층이 반복단위의 80몰% 이상이 에틸렌 나프탈레이트인 폴리에스테르이고, 가운데층이 반복단위의 80몰% 이상이 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 폴리에스테르로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 열가소성 수지 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3층의 구조를 갖고, 양외곽층(A 및 C층) 및 가운데층(B층)의 두께가 각각 하기 식(1),(2),(3) 및 (4)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합열가소성 수지 필름 :
    0.5㎛tA또는 tC 100㎛…………………………………………………(1)
    1㎛tA+tC 120㎛ ………………………………………………………(2)
    0.5㎛tA/ tC 2 ……………………………………………………………(3)
    tA+tC 0.4(tA+tB+tC) ……………………………………………………(4)
    여기서, tA, tB및 tC는 각각 A,B 및 C층의 두께를 나타낸다.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 양외곽층이 폴리에스테르에 불용성인 무기입자 및/또는 유기 입자를 포함하는 복합열가소성 수지 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자 및/ 또는 유기 입자가 탄산칼슘, 돌로마이트, 글래스스페어, 화이버글래스, 탈크, 카오린, 마이카, 실리카, 황산바륨, 알루미늄 실리케이트, 알루미나, 이산화티탄 분자중에 한개의 지방족 불포화결합을 가지는 모노비닐화합물과 가교제로 분자중에 2개 이상의 지방족 불포화결합을 가지는 화합물과의 공중합체, 및 열경화성 페놀수지, 열경화성 에폭시수지, 열경화성 요소수지, 벤조구아나민수지 및 불소계수지의 미분체들로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 복합열가소성 수지 필름.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 0.001~5㎛ 범위의 평균 입경을 갖고, 폴리에스테르 수지량에 대해 0.01~3중량%의 양으로 사용되는 복합열가소성 수지 필름.
