본 고안은 차량의 배가가스를 배출하여 배기음을 소음시키는 머플러와 이 머플러를 걸기위한 행거의 진동완충을 하는 자동차 머플러 행거 연결용 딤펴에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 알려진 댐퍼는 제3도에 표현된 바와같이 원주형상으로된 본체(100)의 내면적에 상하로 연결공(101)(102)을 형성하고 이 연결공(101)(102)의 사이에 H자형의 공간(103)을 굴설시켜 상기 공간(103)내에 상하로 리브(104)(105)를 형성, 상기 공간(103) 및 리브(104)(105)로 하여금 진동을 흡수하도록 하였다. 그러나 상기의 것은 연결공(101)(102)이 단순한 구멍형태로 되어있어 댐퍼기능의 한계를 초과할 경우 슬립형상의 발생되어 면접촉이 크게되므로 삐그덕거림의 노이즈(NOISE)현상이 발생하며 리브(104)(105)의 형상이 단순한 형태에서 재질에 비하여 진동흡수력이 낮은 문제점이 있는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안의 목적은 진동완충력이 양호한 자동차 머플러 행거연결용 댐퍼를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 본 고안에 맞추어 기재된 목적을 제공하는 자동차 머플러 행거연결용 댐퍼는 본체를 연결하는 내경이 세레이션홈으로된 연결공과 완충주름을 구비한 상하 진동흡수용리브와, 좌우진동 흡수용의 V자형으로 배열한 진동흡수리브로 구성된다.
이하, 본 고안의 실시예를 나타낸 도면에 따라 상세히 설명한다.
제1도는 본 고안의 일부사시도이고, 제2도는 단면도로서, 완충력이 양호한 재질로된 원주상의 본체(1) 내면적 상하방에 내경이 세레이션홈(2)으로 된 연결공(3)(3' )과, 상기 연결공(3)(3' )의 중공부(4) 상방에는 좌우주름(5)(5' )을 구비한 상하진동흡수리브(6)와, 하방에는 영문자 V자상으로 좌우진동흡수리브(7)(7' )를 구성하여서 된 것이다.
이상과 같이 된 본 고안은 연결공(3)(3' )내경에 세레이션홈(2)이 형성되어 있으므로 행거와의 면접촉을 최소화하여 마찰저항을 감소시킴에 따라 본체(1)가 심하게 흔들려 삐그덕거리는 노이즈현상을 개선하였으며, 또한 상하 진동흡수리브(6)의 좌우주름(5)(5' )과 V자상으로 배열된 좌우진동흡수리브(7)(7' )는 완충작용을 원활하게 하는 작용효과를 나타내는 것이다.

  1. 본체(1)의 중공부(4)의 상, 하방측에 형성된 연결공(3)(3' ), 상기 연결공(3)(3' )의 내부에 형성된 세레이션홈(2), 상기 중공부(4)의 내부 상방에 좌우주름(5)(5' )을 갖는 상하진동흡수리브(6) 및 상기 중공부(4)의 내부 하방에 형성된 좌우진동흡수리브(7)(7' )로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 머플러 행거 연결용 댐퍼.
