Abstract

본 발명은 조립시의 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 토크를 조절할 수 있음과 아울러 동일부재로 토크를 상이하게 설정할 수 있도록 한 토크 리미트에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 일단부에 플랜지(11a)를 가진 슬리브(11)에 제1기어(12), 벨트(13), 제2기어(14) 및 스프링(15)을 끼워서 장진하고, 제2기어(14)의 회전력을 펠트(13)를 통하여 제1기어(12)에 전달하는 토크 리미터에 있어서, 플랜지(17a)를 가지며 중심부분에 관통구멍(17b)을 가진 부시(17)를 형성하여, 이 부시(17)의 관통구멍(17b)에 슬리브(11)의 타단부를 끼워넣음으로써 제1기어(12), 벨트(13), 제2기어(14) 및 스프링(15)을 슬리브(11)에 장진한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 일단부에 플랜지를 가진 축체에 제1회전체, 슬립재, 탄성체 및 제2회전체를 끼워서 장진하고, 상기 제1회전체 또는 상기 제2회전체의 회전력을 상기 슬립재를 통하여 상기 제2회전체 또는 상기 제1회전체에 전달하는 토크 리미터에 있어서, 플랜지를 가지며, 중심부분에 관통구멍을 가진 고정구를 형성하여, 상기 고겅구의 관통구멍에 상기 축체의 타단부를 끼워맞춤으로써 상기 제1회전체, 상기 슬립재, 상기 탄성체 및 상기 제2회전체를 상기 축채에 장진하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토크 리미터.
  2. 일단부에 플랜지를 가진 축체에 제1회전체, 슬립재, 탄성체 및 제2회전체를 끼워서 장신하고, 상기 제1회전체 또는 상기 제2회전체의 회전력을 상기 슬립재를 통하여 상기 제2회전체 또는 상기 제1회전체에 전달하는 토그 리미터에 있어서, 상기 축체의 외단부 외주면에 수나사를 형성함과 아울러, 플랜지를 가지며, 중심누운에 나사구멍을 가진 고정구를 형성하여, 상기 고정구의 나사구멍이 상기 수나사를 나사결합시킴으로써 상기 제1회전체, 상기 슬립재, 상기 탄성체 및 상기 제2회전체를 상기 축체에 장진하는 것을 특징으르 하는 토크 리미터.
