Abstract

본 발명은 니트로방향족 화합물을 염기 및 산소의 존재 하에서 아미드를 사용하여 아미드화하고, 형성된 아미드를 가수분해하여 대응하는 아민을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는, 니트로 치환된 아릴아미드 및 니트로 치환된 아릴아민의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 니트로방향족 화합물을 극성 용매 중의 염기 및 산소의 존재 하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)또는 (Ⅲa)의 아미드(R1은 H가 아님)와 반응시키고, 적합하다면 생성된 아미드를 가수분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 일반식(I) 또는 (Ia)의 화합물의 제조 방법.
    식 중, Ar은 N, O 및 S로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 내지 2개의 헤테로 원자를 함유할 수 있는 일환 또는 다환식 방향족 C4-C16-라디칼을 나타내고, R1은 수소, 지방족 C1-C6-아실 라디칼 또는 방향족 C7-C11-아실 라디칼을 나타내고, R2는 수소, 또는 각 치환체가 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, 아미노 및(또는) C1-C4-알콕시로 일 내지 삼치환될 수 있는 C1-C8-알킬, C2-C8-알케닐 또는 C3-C7-시클로알킬을 나타내고, R은 단일결합, C1-C8-알킬렌, C5-C10-시클로알킬렌 또는 C6-C12-아릴렌을 나타내고, X는 할로겐, 시아노, C1-C4-알킬, 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬메르캅토, 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬메르캅토, C1-C4-알킬술포닐 또는 니트로를 나타내고, n은 0, 1, 2 또는 3(여기서, n이 1을 초과하는 경우에 X는 상이할 수 있음)을 나타낸다.
