Abstract

본 발명은 (Ⅰ)안료; (Ⅱ)수성 바인더; 그리고 (Ⅲ)(a)알킬렌디아민 또는 폴리알킬렌폴리아민, (b)우레아화합물 및 (c)알데히드류, 에피할로히드린류 및 α,-디할로-β-히드린류중에서 선택된 화합물들을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 수-가용성 수지(A)와; (x)α,β-불포화 카르복실산 화합물 및 (y)1차 또는 2차 아미노 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어진느 아미드 화합물(B-1), 또는 (z)α,β-불포화 니트릴 화합물 및 (y)1차 또는 2차 아미노 화합물을 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 아미노니트릴 화합물(B-2)과의 반응생성물 또는 이들 혼합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물을 제공한다.
본 조성물을 사용하여 코팅한 페이퍼는 잉크수용성 및 내수성이 특히 우수하다.

Claims (10)

  1. (Ⅰ)안료; (Ⅱ)수성 바인더; 그리고 (Ⅲ)(a)알킬렌디아민 또는 폴리알킬렌폴리아민, (b)우레아화합물 및 (c)알데히드류, 에피할로히드린류 및 α,-디할로-β-히드린류중에서 선택된 화합물들을 반응시켜 얻어지는 수-가용성 수지(A)와; 그리고 (x)α,β-불포화 카르복실산 화합물 및 (y)1차 또는 2차 아미노 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 아미드 화합물(B-1), 또는 (z)α,β-불포화 니트릴 화합물 및 (y)1차 또는 2차 아미노 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 아미노니트릴 화합물(B-2)과의 반응생성물 또는 이들 혼합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 성분(Ⅲ)은 상기 수-가용성 수지(A)와 상기 아미드 화합물(B-1) 또는 상기 아미노니트릴 화합물(B-2)과의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 성분(Ⅲ)은 상기 수-가용성 수지(A)와 상기 아미드 화합물(B-1) 또는 상기 아미노니트릴 화합물(B-2)과의 반응생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 수-가용성 수지(A)가 (a)알킬렌디아민 또는 폴리알킬렌폴리아민, (b)우레아화합물 및 (c)알데히드류, 에피할로히드린류 및 α,-디할로-β-히드린류중에서 선택된 화합물과, (d)2가 카르복실산 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어 것임을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 2가 카르복실 화합물(d)이 유리산, 에스테르 또는 이의 산무수물 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 수-가용성 수지(A)가 (a)알킬렌디아민 또는 폴리알킬렌폴리아민, (b)우레아화합물 및 (c)알데히드류, 에피할로히드린류 및 α,-디할로-β-히드린류중에서 선택된 화합물과, (e)하나이사의 활성 수소원자를 갖는 지환족 아민류와 에폭시 화합물중에서 선택된 지환족 화합물을 반응시켜 얻는 것임을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 수-가용성 수지(A)가 (a)알킬렌디아민 또는 폴리알킬렌폴리아민, (b)우레아화합물 및 (c)알데히드류, 에피할로히드린류 및 α,-디할로-β-히드린류중에서 선택된 화합물과, (d)2가 카르복실산 화합물과 (e)하나 이상의 활성 수소원자를 갖는 지환족 아민류 및 에폭시 화합물중에서 선택된 지환족 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어 것임을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 아미드 화합물(B-1)이 사용되고, 또한 이 아미드 화합물은 (x)α,β-불포화 카르복실산 화합물 및 (y)하나 이상의 1차 또는 2차 아미노 그룹은 갖는 지환족 아미노 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 아미드 화합물(B-1)이 사용되고, 또한 이 아미드 화합물은 (x)α,β-불포화 카르복실산 화합물 및 (y)하나 이상의 1차 또는 2차 아미노 그룹을 갖는 지환족 아미노 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 아미드 화합물(B-2)이 사용되고, 또한 이 아미노니트릴 화합물은 (z)α,β-불포화 니트릴 화합물 및 (y)둘 이상의 1차 또는 2차 아미노 그룹은 갖는 디- 또는 폴리아민 화합물을 반응시켜 얻어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 페이퍼 코팅 조성물.
