Abstract

본 발명은 폴리아민 및 우레아 화합물을 포함하는 2개 이상의 구성원 또는 폴리아민, 우레아 화합물, 2염기멍 카복실산 화합물 및 락탐을 포함하는 4개 이상의 구성원을 반응시킨 다음 이러한 반응 생성물을 에피할로하이드린, α, γ-디할로-β하이드린, 글리시딜 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 중에서 선택된 가교 결합 화합물과 반응시킴으로써 수득될 수 있는 수용성 수지에 관한 것이다; 이러한 수용성 수지는 안료 및 수성 결합제와 혼합됨으로써 종이 피복용 조성물에 유용하고; 상기 종이 피복용 조성물은 포름알데하이드를 발생시키지 않으며 우수한 잉크 허용성과 내수성을 포함하는 각종 향상된 특성을 지닌 피복지(coated paper)를 생성시킬 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 알킬렌 디아민 및 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 중에서 선택된 폴리아민(a)과 우레아 화합물(b)을 반응시킨 다음 수득한 반응 생성물을 한 분자 내에 2개 이상의 글리시딜 그룹을 갖는 글리시딜 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 중에서 선택된 가교 결합 화합물(c)과 반응시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 수용성 수지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2염기성 카복실산 화합물(d)이 폴리아민(a)과 우레아 화합물(b)의 반응에 첨가된 수용성 수지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 활성화 수소를 갖는 지환족 아민 및 지환족 에폭시 화합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 지환족 화합물(e)이 당해 반응에 추가로 첨가된 수용성 수지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에피할로하이드린 및 α, γ-디할로-β하이드린 중에서 선택된 화합물(f)가 당해 반응에 추가로 첨가된 수용성 수지.
  5. 알킬렌 디아민 및 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민 중에서 선택된 폴리아민(g), 우레아 화합물(h), 2염기성 카복실산 화합물(i) 및 락탐(j)을 반응시킨 다음 수득한 반응 생성물을 에필할로하이드린, α, γ-디할로-β하이드린, 글리시딜 화합물 및 이소시아네이트 중에서 선택된 가교 결합 화합물(k)과 반응시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 수용성 수(B)
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 활성화 수소를 갖는 지환족 아민 및 지환족 에폭시 화합물 중에서 선택된 지환족 화합물(1)이 당해 반응에 추가로 첨가된 수용성 수지.
  7. 제1항 또는 6항에 따르는 수용성 수지를, α, β-불포환 카복실산 화합물(x)을 1급 또는 2급 아미노 그룹을 갖는 아민(y)과 반응시켜서 수득할 수 있는 아미드 화합물(C) 반응시켜 수득할 수 있는 수용성 수지.
  8. 제1항 또는 6항에 따르는 수용성 수지 및 α, β-불포환 카복실산 화합물(x)을 1급 또는 2급 아미노 그룹을 갖는 아민(y)과 반응시켜서 수득할 수 있는 아미드 화합물(C)를 포함하는 조성물.
  9. (Ⅰ) 안료, (Ⅱ) 수성 결합제 및 (Ⅲ) 제1항, 제3항 및 제5항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 수용성 수지 또는 제8항에 따르는 조성물을 포함하는 종이 피복용 조성물.
