Claims (3)

  1. 환식 유기 탄산염, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 카보네이트 및/또는 프로필렌 카보네이트를 지방족 모노아민 및/또는 디아민 및/또는 트리아민 및/또는 테트라아민 및/또는 알칸올아민(여기서, 상기 모든 아민은 1차 및/또는 2차 및, 경우에 따라, 3차 반응-불활성 아미노 그룹을 갖는다)과 반응시키는 공지된 방법으로 수득한 하이드록실-관능성 카바메이트 화합물의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹의 50%이상, 바람직하게는 60 내지 100%를 모노하이드록시 화합물에 의해 반-블록화되고 비블록킹 온도가 180℃미만인 디이소시아네이트와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 하이드록실 그룹 및 또는 1차 또는 2차 아미노 그룹을 갖는 양이온성 페인트 결합제용 가교결합 성분의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 하이드록실-관능성 카바메이트 화합물이, 1차 아미노 그룹을 갖는 지방족 디아민 1몰과 모노에폭사이드 화합물 2몰을 반응시켜 수득하거나, 또는 1차 아미노 그룹을 갖는 지방족 모노아민 및/또는 1차 및 3차 반응-불활성 아미노 그룹을 갖는 지방족 디아민 2몰과 디에폭사이드 화합물 1몰을 반응시켜 수득한 2차 아미노 화합물과 알킬렌 카보네이트의 반응 생성물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 수-희석성 페이트, 특히 음극 침착성 전기침적 피복물용 결합제로서의, 하이드록실 그룹 및/또는 1차 또는 2차 아미노 그룹을 함유하고 양성자화 후 수-희석성인 양이온성 염기 수지와 함께 사용되는데 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 제조된 가교결합 성분의 용도.
