1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야.
본 발명은 폴리카보네이트수지(polycarbonate resin)조성물에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
열안정성에 뛰어나고 고도의 유동성을 갖는 폴리카보네이트수지 조성물을 개발하는 것이다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
폴리카보네이트-폴리오르가노실록산 공중합체 또는 폴리카보네이트-폴리오르가노실록산 공중합체와 폴리카보네이트수지의 혼합물에 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 첨가한 조성물에 의해 얻어진다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도.
기계적 강도, 특히 충격 강도, 전기적 성질 및 난연성이 요구되는 사무자동기기, 전기·전자기기, 자동차등의 다양한 분야에서 광범위하게 이용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. (A)폴리카보네이트-폴리오르가노실록산 공중합체 (B)폴리카보네이트수지 및 (C)섬유형성능력을 갖는 평균분자량 500,000이상의 폴리테트라플로오로에틸렌으로 구성되고, (A)성분이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계량의 5∼100중량%, (B)성분이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계량의 95∼0중량%, (A)성분중의 폴리오르가노실록산성분의 양은 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계량의 0.1∼2.0중량%, (C)성분이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계 100중량part에 대해 0.05∼1.0중량part로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (A)성분의 폴리오르가노실록산의 양이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계량의 0.5∼1.5중량%로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트의 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, (A)성분의 양이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계량의 10∼100중량%이고, (B)성분의 양이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계량의 90∼0중량%로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (C)성분의 양이 (A)성분과 (B)성분의 합계 100중량part에 대해 0.1∼0.5중량part로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리카보네이트-폴리오르가노실록산 공중합체가 10,000∼40,000의 점도-평균분자량을 갖는 블록 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트수지조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리테트라플로오로에틸렌의 평균분자량이 500,000∼10,000,000의 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트수지조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충전제, (A) 또는 (B)성분 이외의 합성수지, 탄성중합체, 산화방지제, 자외선흡수제, 윤활제, 이형제, 대전방지제 및 착색제중에서 적어도 1종이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카보네이트수지조성물.
