Abstract

본 발명은 HCFC 플론 냉매 및 HFC 플론 냉매인 냉매의 양 시스템에 대해 우수한 내성을 갖는 고무 조성물 또는 하기 성분(a) 내지 (d)로 이루어진, HFC 플론 냉매에 대해 우수한 내성을 갖는 착색가능한 고무 조성물에 관한 것이다.
(a) 아연 폴리메타크릴레이트가 미세하게 분산된 100 내지 10중량부의 수소화된 니트릴 고무; (b) 성분(a)의 양과의 합이 100중량부에 상당하는 양의 수소화된 니트릴 고무; (c) 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 합 100중량부당 0.2 내지12중량부의 유기 과산화물; 및 (d) 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 합 100중량부당 0.1 내지 30중량부의, 단량체 사이의 결합 중에서 40% 이상의 바로 1,2 결합을 함유하는 액체 폴리부타디엔 또는 변성된 액체 폴리부타디엔.

Claims (4)

  1. (a) 아연 폴리메티크릴레이트가 미세하게 분산된 100 내지 10중량부의 소수화된 니트릴 고무; (b) 성분 (a)의 양과의 합이 100중량부에 상당하는 양의 수소화된 니트릴 고무; (c) 성분 ( a) 및 (b)의 합 100중량부단 0.2 내지 12중량부의 유기 과산화물; 및 (d) 성분 (a) 및 (b)의 합 100중량부단 0.1내지 30중량부의, 단량체 사이의 결합중에서 40%이상의 비로 1,2 결합을 함유하는 액체 폴리부타디엔 또는 변성된 액체 폴리부타디엔을 포함하는 플론 및/또는 냉동기유용 고무 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 화이트 카본을 추가로 포함하는 플론 및/또는 냉동기유용 고무 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카본 블랙을 추가로 포함하는 플론 및/또는 냉동기유용 고무 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 다른 고무 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품.
