Abstract
(1)공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로(메트)아크릴레인의 아세탈 유도체 약 0.1∼25중량%와 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 공단량체 약 75∼99.9중량%를 에멀젼 중합하는 단계; 및 (2) 상기 (메트)아크릴레인의 아세탈 유도체가 (메트)아크롤레인으로 가수분해 되도록 상기 공중합체의 pH를 약 5미만으로 조절하는 단계; 에 의한 에멀젼 공중합체 제조방법이 개시된다.
본 발명에 의한 방법으로 형성된(메트)아크롤레인의 에멀젼 공중합체는 단량체의 취급 및 운반도중 안정성 및 건강상의 문제가 없으며, 특성은 통상적인 중합법으로 제조한 공중합체와 동일함을 나타낸다.

Claims (3)
- (a)공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로(메트)아크릴레인의 아세탈 유도체 약 0.1∼25중량%와 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 최소 하나의 α,β-에틸렌계 불포화 공단량체 약 75∼99.9중량%로부터 공중합체를 에멀젼 중합하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 (메트)아크릴레인의 아세탈 유도체가 (메트)아크롤레인으로 가수분해되도록 상기 공중합체의 pH를 약 5미만으로 조절하는 단계; 를 포함하는 (메트)아크롤레인의 에멀젼 공중합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크롤레인의 아세탈 유도체는 2-비닐-1,3-디옥솔란, 2-비닐-4-메틸-1,3-디옥솔란, 3,3-디메톡시-1-프로펜, 3,3-디에톡시-1-프로펜, 3,3-디에톡시-2-메틸-1-프로펜, 2-이소프로페닐-1,3-디옥솔란 및 2-이소프로페닐-4-메틸-1,3-디옥솔란으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크롤레인의 아세탈은 2-비닐-1,3-디옥솔란임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
