Abstract

Способ получения эмульсионных сополимеров (мет)акролеина. Этот способ включает в себя стадии: (1) эмульсионной полимеризации от 0,1 до 25 вес.% от общего веса этого сополимера ацеталевого производного (мет)акролеина с 75-99,9 вес. % от общего веса этого сополимера по меньшей мере одного альфа, бета-этиленового ненасыщенного сомономера; (2) доведения величины рН сополимера до уровня ниже 5 для гидролиза указанного ацеталевого производного (мет)акролеина до (мет)акролеина. Эмульсионные сополимеры (мет)акролеина, полученные по этому способу, проявляют эксплуатационные характеристики, по которым они эквивалентны тем, что получают по обычной технологии полимеризации, но при этом отсутствуют связанные с такой технологией меры по безопасности и безвредности для здоровья при осуществлении манипуляций и транспортировки (мет)акролеинового мономера.

Claims (1)

  1. Способ получения эмульсионных сополимеров (мет)акролеина. Этот способ включает в себя стадии: (1) эмульсионной полимеризации от 0,1 до 25 вес.% от общего веса этого сополимера ацеталевого производного (мет)акролеина с 75-99,9 вес. % от общего веса этого сополимера по меньшей мере одного альфа, бета-этиленового ненасыщенного сомономера; (2) доведения величины рН сополимера до уровня ниже 5 для гидролиза указанного ацеталевого производного (мет)акролеина до (мет)акролеина. Эмульсионные сополимеры (мет)акролеина, полученные по этому способу, проявляют эксплуатационные характеристики, по которым они эквивалентны тем, что получают по обычной технологии полимеризации, но при этом отсутствуют связанные с такой технологией меры по безопасности и безвредности для здоровья при осуществлении манипуляций и транспортировки (мет)акролеинового мономера.
