Abstract

본 발명은 점토-기재 수상 혼합물의 용도 및 조작성을 개선하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 점토-기재 수상 혼합물에, 하나 이상의 탄화수소 에스테르 및/또는 폴리올 에스테르, 및 하나 이상의 알콕실화 크리글리세리트 및/또는 하나 이상의 알콕실화 지방산으로 구성되는 계면 활성 조성물을 첨가하는 것으로 이루어진다.
또한 본 발명은 지하 토양으로부터 점토 물질을 추출하기 위하여 상기 방법을 사용하는 것에 관한 것이며, 다양한 물질들(벽돌, 타일등)의 제조를 위하여 상기의 개선된 조작성을 가지는 점토 혼합물을 사용하는 것에 관한 것이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 점토-기재 수상 혼합물의 이용 및 조작능력을 개선하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 점토-기재 수상 혼합물에 하기로 구성되는 표면-활성 조성물을 첨가하는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법: -하나 이상의 탄수화물 에스테르 및/또는 폴리올 에스테르 10 내지 90중량%, 바람직하게 25 내지 75중량%, 및 -알콕실화 트리글리세리드 및/또는 하나 이상의 알콕실화 지방산 90 내지 10중량%, 바람직하게 75 내지 25중량%.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올 에스테르가 C8-C22, 바람직하게 C10-C20, 지방산 및 솔비탄의 에스테르, C8-C22바람직하게 C10-C20, 지방산 및 글리세롤의 에스테르 또는 폴리글리세롤 폴리리시놀레이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 탄수화물 에스테르는 당 글리세리드 또는 당 에스테르인 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알콕실화 트리글레세리드는 대략 1 내지 60개 옥시알킬렌 단위를 함유하는 알콕실화된 C12-C22트리글리세리드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 전기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알콕실화 지방산은 대략 1 내지 60개의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 함유하는 알콕실화 C8-C22바람직하게는 C10-C20지방산인 방법.
  6. 전기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 점토-기재 수성 혼합물은 30중량% 이상 및 바람직하게는 70중량% 이상의 고체 입자를 포함하고 도입된 표면-활성 조성무르이 양은 점토-기재 수성 혼합물 중량에 대하여 0.1 내지 10중량% 및 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 8중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 지하 토양(subsoil)로부터 점토질의 물질을 추출하기 위한 전기 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법.
  8. 30중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 70중량% 이상의 고체 입자를 함유하는 점토-기재 수성 혼합물 100 중량부, 및 하기 성분으로 구성된 표면-활성 조성물 0.1 내지 10 중량부 및 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 8 중량부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조작능력이 개선된 점토질 수성 혼합물: 10 내지 90중량%, 바람직하게는 25 내지 75중량%의 하나 이상의 탄수화물 에스테르 및/또는 폴리올 에스테르, 및 90 내지 10 중량부, 바람직하게는 75 내지 25 중량부의 알콕시로하 트리글리세리드 및/또는 하나 이상의 알콕실화 지방산.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올 에스테르는 C8~C22, 바람직하게는C10~C20지방산 및 솔비탄의 에스테르, C8~C22, 바람직하게는 C10~C20지방산 및 글리세롤의 에스테르 또는 폴리글리세롤 폴리리시놀리에이트임을 특징으로 하는 점토질 수성 혼합물.
  10. 제9 또는 10항에 있어서, 탄수화물 에스테르 당글리세리드 또는 당 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 점토질 수성 혼합물.
  11. 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알콕실화 트리글리세리드는 대략 1 내지 60개의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 포함하는 알콕실화 C12~C22트리글리세리드임을 특징으로 하는 점토질 수성 혼합물.
  12. 제8 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알콕실화 지방산은 대략 1 내지 60개의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 포함하는 알콕실화 C8~C22, 바람직하게는 C10~C22지방산임을 특징으로 하는 점토질 수성 혼합물.
  13. 다양한 물질의 제조를 위한 제8 내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 물질.
