Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술하고 도면에 도시한 바와같이, 출발 혼합물이, 출발 혼합물의 500 mg KOH/100g 보다 큰 하이드록실 값을 제공하기 위한 량으로 디-및/또는 모노-글리세리드를 함유하고, 최소한 비누의 50중량%가 칼륨 비누인 염기성 전이 에스테르화 촉매와 또한 지방산 비누의 최소한 10중량 %를 함유하며, 슈크로오스의 최소한 25%를 함유(비누 함량이 20중량% 이하일 때) 함을 특징으로 하는, 용매없이 대기압하에 110-140℃의 온도에서 고체의 미세한 슈크로오스를 포함하는 출발 물질을 최소한 8개 탄소원자를 갖는 지방산의 최소한 하나의 트리글리세리드 : 및 염기성 전이 에스테르화 촉매와 출발 혼합물을 반응시킴으로서 슈크로오스 모노-및 디-에스테르를 함유하는 계면활성제 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
