Abstract
테트라알콕시실란의 가수분해에 의해 수득된 실리카겔 분말을 소성하여 수득된 합성 실리카 유리분말에 있어서, 1×10-1~1×10-4ppm의 붕소를 함유하고, 내부 실란올기 농도 150ppm 이하이며, 고립 실란올기 농도 5ppm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.

Claims (6)
- 테트라알콕시실란의 가수분해에 의해 수득된 실리카겔 분말을 소성하여 수득된 합성 실리카 유리 분말에 있어서, 1×10-1~1×10-4ppm의 붕소를 함유하고, 내부 실란올기 농도 150ppm 이하이며, 고립실올기 농도 5ppm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라알콕시실란 C1-4알콕시실란 또는 그의 올리고머임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕소의 함량이 5×10-2~1×10-4ppm임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카겔 분말이 평균 입자 크기 50~1000ppm임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고립 실란올기 농고가 0.05~2ppm임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부 실란올기 농도가 5~80ppm임을 특징으로 하는 합성 실리카 유리 분말.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
