Abstract

본체(2)와 링모양의 절단판(12) 사이에 중간층(13)이 있는 다이의 제조방법에 따르면, 노즐(6)영역에서 물에 의해 열가소성 합성수지를 입자로 만들기 위한 열팽창의 팽창균형으로 최소한 하나의 니켈함유 금속혼합물로 이루어진 0.5 내지 2㎜층두께의 중간층(13)이 생겨난다. 이 때, 중간층은 열평형 압축기술의 사용으로 성층되고 살포되는 수분에 의해 본체(2)와, 표면이 완전히 합성수지-합금으로 이루어진, 파손으로 부터 보호된 절단판(12)과 결합된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 다이(6) 분야에서 물에 의해 열가소성 합성수지를 입자로 만들기 위한, 본체(2)와 링모양의 절단판(12)사이에 있는 중간층(13)을 구비하고, 적어도 하나의 중간층(13)이 니켈이 포함된 금속혼합물로 이루어져 있으며, 평균적으로 발생하는 열팽창은 0.5㎜에서 2㎜까지의 층두께를 형성하며, 중간층(13)은 열평형적 압축기술의 사용으로 적층되고, 살포된 수분으로 본체(2)와 노즐(6)을 둘러싸고 표면이 완전히 경질 재료의 합금으로 형성된 파손에 대해 보호되는 절단판(12)과 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(13)이 90중량% 이상의 니켈을 포함하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(13)이 8 내지 15중량%의 니켈로 이루어진 수득된 합금으로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(13)은 니켈을 포함한 금속혼합물의 2개층으로 이루어져 있고, 이 때 본체(2)는 수득된 합금(16)과 결합되고, 절단판(12)은 90중량% 이상의 니켈을 포함하는 다량의 니켈 함유합금과 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 각 층의 총두께가 0.5 내지 2㎜임을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중간층(13)은 3개의 층으로 구성되어 있고, 이 때 본체(2)와 절단판(12)은 각각 90중량% 이상의 니켈을 포함하는 다량의 니켈함유 합금층(14)과 결합되어 있으며, 양 충들은 티탄을 함유한 금속혼합물로 이루어진 넓은 티탄합금은(15)을 포함하고 그 층의 티탄양은 90중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각 층의 층두께가 0.5 내지 2㎜임을 특징으로 하는 다이의 제조방법.
  8. 노즐(6)을 통해 물 속에서 나온 열가소성 합성수지 코드를 입자조성하기 위한, 본체(2)와 링모양의 절단칼로 그어진 절단면(12)을 갖는 전술한 청구범위의 방법에 따라 제조된 다이.
