Abstract
전파법의 규제범위내에서 양호한 정보신호의 송수신을 할 수 있도록 한 근거리통신용 안테나를 제안한다. 또한, 카드리더ㆍ라이터측의 근거리통신용 안테나는 수신시 비접촉정보카드의 향에 제한받지 않고 카드리더ㆍ라이터와 비접촉정보카드와의 통신이 가능하도록 한다. 이 근거리통신용 안테나는 자성재에 배설되어, 자속이 출입하는 복수의 자극과, 복수의 자극의 최소한 하나에 감겨서 상기 정보신호를 송신 또는 송수신하기 위한 코일을 포함한다. 또한, 근거리통신용 안테나는 자속이 출입하는 개구면을 가지는 상자체와, 상기 상자체에 장착되어 정보신호를 송신 또는 송수신하기 위한 코일을 구비한다. 또한, 상기 근거리통신용 안테나의 제조 및 사용방법을 제공한다. 이 경우, 본 발명의 특징은 통신용 안테나의 자속이 닫혀서, 통신영역이 제한되는데 있다.

Claims (14)
- 카드리더ㆍ라이터와 비접촉정보카드와의 사이에서 정보신호를 전자(電磁)유도에 의하여 송신 또는 송수신하도록 한 상기 카드리더ㆍ라이터측의 통신용 안테나에 있어서, 복수의 자극이 배설되고, 자속이 출입하는 자성재와, 상기 복수의 자극의 최소한 하나에 감겨서 정보신호를 송신 또는 송수신하기 위한 코일로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 카드리더ㆍ라이터와 비접촉정보카드와의 사이에서 정보신호를 전자유도에 의하여 송신 또는 송수신하도록 한 상기 카드리더ㆍ라이터측의 통신용 안테나에 있어서, 자속이 출입하는 개구면을 가지는 상자체와, 상기 상자체에 장착되어 정보신호를 송신 또는 송수신하기 위한 코일로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상자체에 슬릿을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상자체에 슬릿을 형성하여 상기 상자체가 복수의 개구면을 가지면서 상기 개구면이 서로 접속되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코일을 형성하는 도체가 평각선(平角線)인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 카드리더ㆍ라이터와 비접촉정보카드와의 사이에서 정보신호를 전자유도에 의하여 송신 또는 송수신하도록 한 상기 카드리더ㆍ라이터측의 통신용 안테나에 있어서, 자속이 출입하는 개구면을 가지는 상자체와, 자성체에 도체를 감아 형성되고, 상기 상자체의 내부에 삽입된 코일로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 상자체에 슬릿을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 상자체에 슬릿을 형성하여 상기 상자체가 복수의 개구면을 가지면서 상기 개구면이 서로 접속되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코일을 형성하는 도체가 평각선인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 카드리더ㆍ라이터와 비접촉정보카드와의 사이에서 정보신호를 전자유도에 의하여 송신 또는 송수신하도록 한 상기 카드리더ㆍ라이터측의 통신용 안테나에 있어서, 상기 통신용 안테나가 루프안테나로 구성되고, 상기 루프안테나는 안테나도체를 교차하도록 루프형으로 되감아서, 인접하는 루프코일에 역향의 전류가 흐르도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 소정의 간격으로 고정된 복수의 보빈에 안테나도체를 이 보빈의 사이를 교호로 통과시키면서 왕복권장(券狀)하는 스텝으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 보빈을 왕복운동가능한 작업대에 고정하고, 상기 안테나도체를 공급하는 왕복운동가능한 안테나도체공급용 헤드를 구비한 암에 의하여 상기 안테나도체를 권장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나의 제조방법.
- 카드리더ㆍ라이터와 비접촉정보카드와의 사이에서 정보신호를 전자유도에 의하여 송신 또는 송수신하도록 한 상기 카드리더ㆍ라이터측의 통신용 안테나에 있어서, 제1의 안테나도체와, 제2의 안테나도체와, 조정용 스트립으로 이루어지고, 상기 제1 및 제2의 안테나도체 및 상기 조정용 스트립은 절연기판의 양면에 도체패턴을 형성하고, 상기 절연기판의 양면에 형성된 상기 도체패턴은 서로 스루홀 등을 통하여 접속되어, 인접하는 루프안테나에 역향의 전류가 흐르도록 하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나.
- 통신용 안테나의 사용시, 제1항, 제2항, 제6항, 제10항 및 제13항 중 어느 한항에 기재한 각 루프안테나를 이 안테나의 자속방향이 비접촉정보카드의 이동방향에 따르도록 배치하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신용 안테나의 사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
