Abstract

폴리(메트)아크릴산 에스테르를 기본으로 하는, 직물의 피복에 유용한 그라프트 중합체가 기재되어 있다. 그라프트 중합체는 다음 일반식(I)의 단량체를 60 내지 100중량% 함유하는 기재 중합체와 이 기재 중합체에 그라프팅에 의해 중합되는, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, a)다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 단량체 b) 및 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 단량체 c)로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 그라프트 단량체로 구성된다[단, 그라프트 단량체 중에서 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 양은, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 단량체의 양이 0인 경우, 80중량%를 초과한다].
상기식에서, R및 R'는 수소 또는 메틸이고, R1은 C2-24알킬 그룹이며, R2는 메틸 또는 C8-14알킬 그룹이고, 단 R과 R2는 둘 다 동시에 메틸일 수 없으며, R3은 플루오르화된, 바람직하게는 퍼플루오르화에 이르기까지 다중 플루오르화된 C1-6알킬 그룹이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 메틸 메타크릴레이트, a)다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 단량체 b) 및 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 단량체 c)및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 그라프트 단량체가 그라프트 중합되어 있는, 다음 일반식(I)의 기재 중합체 단량체를 60 내지 100중량% 함유하는 기재 중합체를 포함하는 직물 피복용 그라프트 중합체[단, 그라프트 단량체 중에서 메틸 메타크리릴 레이트의 양은, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 단량체의 양이 0인 경우, 80중량%를 초과한다].
    상기식에서, R및 R'는 수소 또는 메틸이고, R1은 C2-24알킬 그룹이며, R2는 메틸 또는 C8-14알킬 그룹이고, 단 R과 R2는 둘 다 동시에 메틸일 수 없으며, R3은 플루오르화 C1-6알킬 그룹이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 R2가 C2-C8알킬 그룹인 그라프트 중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 R1이 C8-C24알킬 그룹인 그라프트 중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기재 중합체 단량체 대 그라프트 단량체의 중량비가 10:90 내지 90:10인 그라프트 중합체.
  5. 제1항의 그라프트 중합체를 20 내지 70중량% 함유하는 수성 분산액.
  6. 제1항의 그라프트 중합체를 피혁 표면에 적용함을 포함하는, 피혁 처리 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 그라프트 중합체가 수성 분산액인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 분산애깅 중점제를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 분산액이 가교결합제를 추가로 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 처리된 피혁을 60 내지 120℃에서 탬퍼링함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 템퍼링이 적외선 또는 마이크로파 조사를 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
  12. 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 중합체 필름이 표면에 존재하는 피혁 제품.
