Abstract
본 발명은 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 표면을 피복하는 산화 피막에 다수 분포하는 세공의 직경을 확대처리하여 50 내지 250nm의 크기로 하고, 이 확대된 세공에 전기 영동법으로 안료를 충전하기 위한 안료 분산조성물이다. 안료 분산 조성물은 퀴나크리돈계, 페리논계, 피릴렌계, 디옥사진계, 이소인돌리논계, 이소인돌린계, 퀴노프탈론계, 안트라퀴논계, 피롤로피롤계, 티오인디고계 및 금속 착체계 등의 축합 다환 안료, 프탈로시아닌계 안료, 축합 아조계 등의 유기 안료, 카본 블랙, 산화티탄 및 산화규소 등의 무기안료로부터 선택된 안료, 수용성 수지, 고분자 물질, 산 또는 염기로 중화시킴으로써 수용성이 되는 고분자 화합물 또는 호제로부터 선택된 안료 분산제 및 물을 적어도 포함하고, 안료 분산 조성물 중의 안료 입자는 그 입자 직경 분포에 있어서 체눈의 크기가 300nm인 체를 통과하지 못하는 양이 안료 전체의 30%이하, 입자 직경이 작은 분획으로부터 누계하여 안료 전체의 50%가 되는 점에서의 입자 직경을 250nm이하로 한다. 이로 인해 알루미늄 양극 산화 피막의 충전 착색에 바람직하게 사용되고, 반복 착색성이 우수하며, 안료 분산 조성물로서 유용하다.

Claims (9)
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 표면을 피복하는 산화 피막중에 존재하는 크기 50 내지 250nm의 세공에 전기 영동으로 충전 착색하기 위한 안료 분산조성물로서, 이 안료 분산조성물은 적어도 안료, 안료 분산제 및 물을 포함하여 이루어지고, 이 안료 분산조성물 중의 상기 안료의 입자 직경 분포에 있어서 누적 분포의 50%가 되는 점의 입자 직경이 250nm이하이고, 체눈의 크기가 300nm인 체를 통과하지 못하는 양(광학적 측정치)이 30%이하인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기안료는 무기물 입자, 유기 화합물 입자, 합성 수지 입자 및(또는) 이들의 착색물인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안료 분산조성물은 적어도 퀴나크리돈계, 안트라퀴논계, 디케토피롤로피롤계, 페릴렌계, 페리논계 화합물 또는 그의 유도체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 비표면적이 30 내지 100㎡/g인 1종 또는 2종 이상의 적색계 안료, 안료 분산제 및 물을 포함하여 이루어지고, 안료 분산조성물 중의 안료의 입자 직경 분포에 있어서 누적 분포의 50%가 되는 점의 입자 직경이 200nm이하인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안료 분산조성물은 적어도 비표면적이 45 내지 100㎡/g인 프탈로시아닌계 화합물 또는 그의 유도체인 안료, 안료 분산제 및 물을 포함하여 이루어지고, 안료 분산조성물 중의 안료의 입자 직경 분포에 있어서 누적 분포의 50%가 되는 점의 입자 직경이 200nm이하인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항, 2항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 안료 분산제가 수용성 고분자 화합물인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안료 분산제가 α-에틸렌 또는 β-에틸렌 결합을 갖는 화합물 1종 또는 2종 이상의 중합체 또는 그의 변성체인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 안료 분산조성물 중의 안료의 제타(zeta)전위가-10mV이하인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 협잡 이온의 함유량이 1000ppm 이하인 것인 알루미늄 산화 피막의 충전 착색용 안료 분산조성물.
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금의 표면을 피복하는 산화 피막에 존재하는 크기, 50 내지 250nm의 세공에 전기 영동에 의해 제1항 내지 8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 안료 분산 조성물을 충전 착색한 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 재료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
